We loved this place. I feel like i was in my favorite italian restaurant in my town meriden CT. We founded like 1 or 2 years ago,. But this time we visit 4 timed Sunday. Tuesday. Thursday. Friday. All waitress on point. I want to mention each one of them that take care of me but the last 2 I didn't have a copy of the receipt so I don't remember the names. The food was excelent. The cheesecake 😋 was so good 🔥. The coffee at the end good too. I don't change my order chicken parm the 4 time. Partner change it up buy his favorite was the dish with pink sauce. Shrimp 🍤 🐔 chicken over linguini. Beers was cold Sam's adams I guess we drink it all 🤣 end the last day with Heineken. A place that I cold said is worth visiting. Lunch time dinner time. Service and food is the same. Keep up the good work with food and the service personal. And last went Friday may 2. And the previous waitress recognize you from the previous visit is mean a lot.

Ordered to pick up. They don't take your name but give you a order number so you need to remember it. A bit confusing when you enter. Front check in person doesn't handle pickup you have to go to the bar. First person that offered help told us she couldn't help and we had to wait for person who was answering calls. No big but about a five minute wait. No one...from wait staff to bar help were wearing masks. A bit unnerving. When we got our pizza it was cold. Considering we entered establishment 13 minutes after calling in the order and told pick up readyin 15, I'm a bit baffled by that. Pizza is ok. It's a thin crust but lacks the thin crispy crunch and more just a chewy crust. On the skimpy side with the toppings. At $2.50 for mushrooms, give me more than 2 per slice! Would I order again? Yes. Is it number 1 in the NMB area? Umm, sorry, no.

I normally hate leaving a negative review like this, but I don’t want someone else to make the same mistake that we did. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because of how quickly we were seated and our attentive server. We ordered two sodas, which both came out flat because the machine isn’t working so we ended up drinking water. Then we ordered the fried ravioli and a margarita pizza, thankfully the ravioli was pretty quick to come out but it was nothing worth raving about. The pizza took way longer than we thought given how busy they were and it was possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It had barely any flavor and the cheese was super thick… definitely don’t recommend this place.

We called ahead and placed an order. There’s apparently a flow to the parking lot but no signs indicating which is the exit or entrance. When we were in the parking lot there’s an arrow painted on the ground by the entrance indicating there’s a pull around for more parking. Nope. Just employees cars parked so you cannot do anything but try and back out the same way you came because they parked to where you physically cannot get past them. That’s just the parking lot.

Once I was inside, I went straight to the carry out counter. The woman was on the phone taking an order. 2 mins go by and still on the phone. No big deal, whatever. Then she hangs up and says she’s going to run the order back to the kitchen and will be right back. Before leaving she confirms the order I’m waiting on is the one sitting 10 feet away from her on the cart, already boxed and ready to go. She then goes to the kitchen for another 2 mins, comes back out with a basket of napkins and butter for people sitting at the bar, then goes to check on another table and comes back with dirty plates, THEN FINALLY comes back to just hand me my order. There were even other staff members and managers who saw me and didn’t even say a word to me. I was literally 20 seconds away from requesting my finished order just sitting there behind the counter be cancelled and refunded. I was going to order from another place even if it meant having to wait 20 mins somewhere else for my order simply because it just felt like I was being ignored. Mind you they were not busy at all. Open tables everywhere and more staff than diners just walking around.

Once home, pizza was mid. Nothing to write home about. My family doesn’t do food reviews nor are we food snobs but we literally didn’t think much of the pizza. That’s saying something considering we think digiorno frozen pizza is good lol. Overall I would not recommend this place based on the experience I had. I’m very easy going and every single job I’ve ever had, including food service, has been working with the public. I give a lot of slack in these situations because I’ve been in their shoes before. But since they were not busy, my order was ready and sitting there AND confirmed by the woman working and I still just stood there waiting, it was totally uncalled for and I just...

I really wish there was a way to give something zero stars. We did not even get to actually eat here. Got there at 6:15 on a Saturday night and half the dining room was empty with utensils on them and we are told it would be a 10-15 min wait. Okay, maybe they are reserved. Nope, they only were serving a certain amount of tables, again okay places are short staffed. Get our table after the wait and it takes 10 mins to get a drink order and we ordered food at the same time because we had so long to look. We got the “large house salad” that came on a regular dinner plate and consisted of a cut up head of lettuce, 4 full circle slices of tomato in the side and a huge pile of black olives on top (for $10 and I heard another waiter apologize to another table because she had to go in the kitchen and make the salads themselves lol) About 30 mins into waiting for our actual food, the other 6 tables being served had all changed to new customers when 1 by 1 they all started getting their food. The waiter could have cared less about anyone and kept looking the opposite direction if you made eye contact with him trying to avoid what he even knew was a disaster. The “manager” at the door even kept looking and pointing at us knowing we were waiting forever. When the last of the 6 tables, who had been there for approximately 10 minutes got all of their food, we had enough and asked for a check. When they all walked away without acknowledging that, I tried to hand one of the ladies a $20 bill ($10 for the salad and whatever they charged for 4 waters) and she told me “sorry but I don’t take the payments”. We left the $20 on the table and could not leave fast enough. Easily the worst experience we have had living in Myrtle for the...

This is my first review EVER written, that itself should tell you how absolutely amazing their food was. Our waiters name was Jose and let me just say the BEST WAITING EXPERIENCE EVER. We ordered 3 desserts to go and he carefully opened each one to show us. The price for the experience and food we got makes me feel like we ripped them off. The total was 117 USD and we got a Bikini Martini, 3 beautiful big Meatballs, Stuffed Shells, Michelangelo Tortellini (my personal favorite), 10” Chicken Parmigiana, 1 Chocolate Moose Cake, 1 Lemonberry Cake, and 1 Chocolate Cannoli. (Also with free bread and side salads everything was so fresh) So much amazing food for an amazing price. IF YOU ARE VACATIONING YOU MUST GO HERE OR YOU MIGHT AS WELL NOT EVEN LEAVE THE HOUSE. This was my first experience eating here but they will be seeing me again, and I live many many states away. The food was so good I genuinely cried in the car after leaving just from how happy I was. We gave our waiter a big tip as one does when you get amazing service and I personally expect you to at least tip 20% because they deserve it. (Coming from someone with a strict tipping culture) Words cannot describe how amazing my experience was there I had the BIGGEST GRIN on my face the entire time. They make every part of your meal fresh as soon as you order and trust me you can taste it! It might just be the best food I’ve ever had in my entire life. Please believe me when I say the entire restaurant will not disappoint you but instead leave you in awe of just how wonderful everything is. From the scenic string lighting all the way to our waiters smiling face I love it all. Thank you for the amazing...
