Learn moreWe called ahead and placed an order. There’s apparently a flow to the parking lot but no signs indicating which is the exit or entrance. When we were in the parking lot there’s an arrow painted on the ground by the entrance indicating there’s a pull around for more parking. Nope. Just employees cars parked so you cannot do anything but try and back out the same way you came because they parked to where you physically cannot get past them. That’s just the parking lot.
Once I was inside, I went straight to the carry out counter. The woman was on the phone taking an order. 2 mins go by and still on the phone. No big deal, whatever. Then she hangs up and says she’s going to run the order back to the kitchen and will be right back. Before leaving she confirms the order I’m waiting on is the one sitting 10 feet away from her on the cart, already boxed and ready to go. She then goes to the kitchen for another 2 mins, comes back out with a basket of napkins and butter for people sitting at the bar, then goes to check on another table and comes back with dirty plates, THEN FINALLY comes back to just hand me my order. There were even other staff members and managers who saw me and didn’t even say a word to me. I was literally 20 seconds away from requesting my finished order just sitting there behind the counter be cancelled and refunded. I was going to order from another place even if it meant having to wait 20 mins somewhere else for my order simply because it just felt like I was being ignored. Mind you they were not busy at all. Open tables everywhere and more staff than diners just walking around.
Once home, pizza was mid. Nothing to write home about. My family doesn’t do food reviews nor are we food snobs but we literally didn’t think much of the pizza. That’s saying something considering we think digiorno frozen pizza is good lol. Overall I would not recommend this place based on the experience I had. I’m very easy going and every single job I’ve ever had, including food service, has been working with the public. I give a lot of slack in these situations because I’ve been in their shoes before. But since they were not busy, my order was ready and sitting there AND confirmed by the woman working and I still just stood there waiting, it was totally uncalled for and I just...
Read moreI really wish there was a way to give something zero stars. We did not even get to actually eat here. Got there at 6:15 on a Saturday night and half the dining room was empty with utensils on them and we are told it would be a 10-15 min wait. Okay, maybe they are reserved. Nope, they only were serving a certain amount of tables, again okay places are short staffed. Get our table after the wait and it takes 10 mins to get a drink order and we ordered food at the same time because we had so long to look. We got the “large house salad” that came on a regular dinner plate and consisted of a cut up head of lettuce, 4 full circle slices of tomato in the side and a huge pile of black olives on top (for $10 and I heard another waiter apologize to another table because she had to go in the kitchen and make the salads themselves lol) About 30 mins into waiting for our actual food, the other 6 tables being served had all changed to new customers when 1 by 1 they all started getting their food. The waiter could have cared less about anyone and kept looking the opposite direction if you made eye contact with him trying to avoid what he even knew was a disaster. The “manager” at the door even kept looking and pointing at us knowing we were waiting forever. When the last of the 6 tables, who had been there for approximately 10 minutes got all of their food, we had enough and asked for a check. When they all walked away without acknowledging that, I tried to hand one of the ladies a $20 bill ($10 for the salad and whatever they charged for 4 waters) and she told me “sorry but I don’t take the payments”. We left the $20 on the table and could not leave fast enough. Easily the worst experience we have had living in Myrtle for the...
Read moreThis is my first review EVER written, that itself should tell you how absolutely amazing their food was. Our waiters name was Jose and let me just say the BEST WAITING EXPERIENCE EVER. We ordered 3 desserts to go and he carefully opened each one to show us. The price for the experience and food we got makes me feel like we ripped them off. The total was 117 USD and we got a Bikini Martini, 3 beautiful big Meatballs, Stuffed Shells, Michelangelo Tortellini (my personal favorite), 10” Chicken Parmigiana, 1 Chocolate Moose Cake, 1 Lemonberry Cake, and 1 Chocolate Cannoli. (Also with free bread and side salads everything was so fresh) So much amazing food for an amazing price. IF YOU ARE VACATIONING YOU MUST GO HERE OR YOU MIGHT AS WELL NOT EVEN LEAVE THE HOUSE. This was my first experience eating here but they will be seeing me again, and I live many many states away. The food was so good I genuinely cried in the car after leaving just from how happy I was. We gave our waiter a big tip as one does when you get amazing service and I personally expect you to at least tip 20% because they deserve it. (Coming from someone with a strict tipping culture) Words cannot describe how amazing my experience was there I had the BIGGEST GRIN on my face the entire time. They make every part of your meal fresh as soon as you order and trust me you can taste it! It might just be the best food I’ve ever had in my entire life. Please believe me when I say the entire restaurant will not disappoint you but instead leave you in awe of just how wonderful everything is. From the scenic string lighting all the way to our waiters smiling face I love it all. Thank you for the amazing...
