We always use Lucky Panda for deliveries. But we just felt like getting out of the house (and in July not wanting to be going to where the vacationers usually go), and so LP. The food was as good as always, the beef which we both had was actually almost perfect. We both experienced one chewy piece but it wasn't terrible... The 4-star rating of 5 is because we were a little bit disappointed in the slowness. It wasn't terrible but it was slow. There was a sign on the door that said they needed drivers for delivery, (LOL as you can guess made a smile that we didn't choose to have food delivered)...But after our waiter took our order, we knew that he really didn't know the menu because we had questions about a couple of things including the price of the sake, then he disappeared --- and we were attended to by two other women. We later figured out he's one of the drivers... So there a little bit short on wait staff as well. Or something. the other thing will mention is that there were six people waiting for their to-go orders. We can tell that none of them were local so if you're from out of town and you want food Chinese this is really a good place but plan ahead and order with enough time. 8/24 take out update... well I just reduce Lucky Panda by 1 *. I ordered my standard beef and broccoli and it's the second time I ordered it where the beef is simply chewy. There's no other word chewy chewy chewy. The flavors are top-notch, there's plenty of the food, and plenty sauces that they give you etc but when the beef is this bad it's just a big...
Read moreWe arrived at 7:55pm to place our to go orders. Upon arrival and grabbing a menu we were told to get our order in line because the kitchen was 15 orders behind. My party of 5 placed our orders and thus began the waiting game.
As we waited we started hearing the rumbles of dissatisfied customers. Not because of the food but because of the wait. Multiple delivery customers started calling too and the excuse was we are short staff today and it's the 4th.
10m, 20m, 30m later no food just the promise of it's on its way. Customer after customer were getting more and more upset. One even started cussing out who appeared to be the owner.
I sat back patiently only because what was the sense of piling onto that. After watching and listening to all of that I honestly felt bad, upset but bad for them and the staff. Finally 1h15m later all of our orders came out.
The only reason I gave a 2 star rating instead of 1 star is because the food was actually good and plentiful. I got the hibachi steak and teriyaki chicken and if not for the wait and lack of customer service I would have dined here again.
Lucky Panda is lucky to still be in business if this was any indication on their...

We ordered the hibachi steak dinner and the General Tso Chicken and needless to say it was mediocre at best. The chicken was mall food quality and seemed to have sat in the general Tso sauce all day (breading was super soggy). The hibachi steak was flooded in soy sauce and the white sauce was so bland that I literally used my grocery store "yummy" sauce instead. The steak and vegetables looked and tasted like they were microwaved instead of cooked on a grill. The best part of our meal was the fortune cookies...
On top of the poor food quality, the delivery took an hour and a half. THAT'S 90 FREAKING MINUTES....on a Sunday... Thank God I didn't order on a Friday or Saturday...
Oh and we paid $30 (without tip!) for this crap. That's a expensive, even for good food.
Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again, and I cannot comprehend how they have such...
