Highly recommended park. This a brand new family ran RV resort only 1/2 mile from the beach. This park is well maintained and the family can usually be found working hard somewhere here in the park. Everyone who works here is extremely helpful and friendly. This park is still growing and will be bigger and have even more aminaties in the future. The WiFi is excellent and they have cable. In 15 years of full time RVing this is the first RV park we have ever been in that the WIFi actually works even at the back of the park. The park is paved and the sights are very large with a grassy area, picnic table, and fire pit. The sights are level concrete pads and are easily pulled into. They have fun activities on the weekends for kids and adults. Movie’s, Tie-Dye, Ceramics, they have something for everyone. There is a small runway behind the park but it is not loud. It accommodates small planes and it’s actually kind of cool to see them fly in. The sunsets here are beautiful. The pool is heated and clean with plenty of places to sunbathe. The showers are large and the bathrooms are always clean. They only have one washer and one dryer but as I said are still growing and will have more in the future. The location of this park is awesome. There are several restaurants, gas stations, fast food, stores, bars, and even a grocery store and a hardware store within a few minutes walk. We also had some friends come and visit us and they stayed in the tiny homes they rent here at the park and they are absolutely adorable with comfortable beds. We took advantage of there snowbird prices and already want to put a deposit down for next year.

If you have kids younger than 9 or 10... this is the place to stay. We loved it here! We had no idea how close to all of the good new places we were until we got here! North Myrtle is definitely the new Myrtle Beach! 🥰 The staff was helpful and attentive and very accommodating when we could find them. It was very busy when we first got here, but started settling down as the week went on. NOTE! The lazy river has two areas to step down and enter, one by the bathrooms and one by the property line (it makes sense when you are here). HOWEVER... only the side by the bathrooms will fit the floaties when you get in and try to push off into the river. There was an older gentleman that was taking his time to very carefully get in and then push off to find this out the hard way. Along with my kiddos. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂So we've tried to tell as many people as possible. We definitely ended up playing at the water park area, way more than we did at the beach, I think we went to the beach once and played at the water park 4 days in a row lol. My kids loved that they could stand up through the whole lazy river (3' water) as well as most of the pool (5" in the play area, 3'-4' in pool). The river floaties made it extra fun because we didn't have to haul stuff back and forth unless we really wanted something specific aside from towels. Thank you so much! We will be back! 🥰

I can't say enough good things about Barefoot RV Resort! I'm so glad we stumbled on this brand new campground. This is a small, family owned campground with very nice and spacious sites that are paved and with brand new very nice, green grass. Most sites are back-in but this campground is still under construction and I saw them building some pull-thrus while we were there. There is plenty of room to navigate your rig and sites are big rig friendly. The pool is very nice with nice and very clean bathrooms and shower rooms. A bathhouse and playground are planned and soon to come. The owners are extremely friendly and make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need for a great stay. I've stayed at many Myrtle Beach area campgrounds and this one is unique. It was quiet, peaceful, and relaxed unlike the nearby mega parks. We loved the golf cart access to the beach and barefoot landing, grocery store, and more. This was our first trip there but will absolutely not be our last. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Fantastic RV park! Probably the most well maintained RV park we've ever stayed at. Absolutely beautiful and secure gated entry, wifi that works flawlessly, The online check-in which I was originally skeptical of worked great with my android phone. While setting up I noticed that the cable outlet at our site was loose and a bit difficult to connect to and we couldn't get our TV to find channels when we scanned so I called the number provided for questions or concerns and left a voice mail. We then left for the beach which is only a half mile away and stayed til dark. upon returning to our unit a gentleman appeared and asked if I had called about the cable to which I answered yes and explained that because the outlet appeared loose I assumed it needed attention. He brought a different TV and hooked it up at the site post to show me that the park cable was working perfectly. I apologized for causing him trouble and agreed that the issue must be in my equipment. He even offered to let me borrow the set he had brought during our stay, (above the call of duty!) I declined explaining that "we didn't come to the beach to watch TV anyway". A scan of over the air channels yielded plenty of local channels for weather and news. The park is new and beautiful, the sites are level concrete pads that are HUGE! There are large (by RV park standards) grassy areas between sites. The friendly staff are willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is enjoyable. This RV park gets my highest recommendation! Update: I'm not sure what the issue with the cable was but I know that the cable in our RV worked at the park we stayed in the night before we arrived at Barefoot RV Resort and it also worked at the next RV park the night we...

Overall very nice camp ground and a good value for the price paid. We stayed a week and really enjoyed our stay. Campground is not too large and didn't feel crowded even though it was full. Overall quiet and family friendly. Only one party site but they were respectful for the most part and observed quiet hours. Nice pool but a little small. We enjoyed the corn hole games behind the pool area. Good location and we would recommend renting or bringing your golf cart. It was a short ride to the beach and grocery. Paid parking at the public beach access was open for us most days, a couple days it was full. Concrete pads were nice and sites were good sized. Grass all around pads and in good shape. Workers were out daily taking care of grounds. Daily trash and recycling pick up was a nice touch. Wifi was great and allowed for streaming which came in handy on rainy days. Bathrooms and laundry room seemed newly renovated and were nice. Toilet, shower and sink in separate rooms but only 3 available. We did have to wait a few times for access. My one recommendation to the owners would be considering cleaning bathrooms twice daily, they were pretty dirty by early evening. Also the soap was like water all week, could not even create any suds with it. I realize there is a cost factor here but think it would be a nice improvement. Note the restroom by the pool (no shower) seemed to stay cleaner as the day went on and the soap was better (not as watered down). This was minor but did want to mention as a possibility for improvement of an already great place. We will stay here again for sure our next trip to North...
