It took over 1.5 hours, from the time I entered the line, to get my order of a milkshake! The pictures of the milkshakes have the Crazy Mason logo on the mason jar, but none of the mason jars had the logo on them while I was there - it's just a plain, glass jar (not even a Mason jar!). The only reason I paid extra for the milkshake, instead of getting the sundae, was so I could have a logo jar. The milkshake tasted good, but it's nothing that anybody should be eating, especially not in one sitting! I got the Where It All Pecan milkshake. The jar was about half full of very thick milkshake; they cover the top part of the jar up with vanilla frosting and pecans on the outside, topped off with a piece of pecan pie with whipped topping. Very unhealthy and overpriced. Additionally, my Verizon cell service was almost non-existent while I was waiting in line, and I couldn't communicate with my husband, who was waiting in the car. They did not have enough seating for families who were waiting for their orders, so people had to stand around. Maybe if they got the 1.75 hour turnaround time down to 20 minutes, used real Mason jars with their logo, and filled the jar with milkshake, I would give...

Refuses to refund or give a gift card to return at no cost after waiting forever to receive wrong items and some being basically flavored milk due to no “milkshake” texture becsuse they were either over blended, or sitting out too long. Not sure the issue. I called the store multiple times (apparently the number which was listed belonged to the bowling company not crazy Mason, but it was listed as the number for crazy Mason when I tried to find one) I continued to try and reach out via fb and an email i found (apparently belonged to an old manager per the response i got) , didn’t get a response until I found an email contact forum since a direct email wasn’t listed and that finally helped, after weeks of searching, now they are unapologetic only agreed to make one shake free after we spent over $100 on items for our family. So sad to see a business not caring how their customers are treated - the kicker is we asked to have them made right while there and the employee refused to and said we’d have to get back in line (waiting 30+ mins) and re order and pay. I said pay? No I want them remade they are incorrect or not good quality.. said no manager was on duty...

Arriving at the airport in Myrtle Beach first piqued my interest in visiting the Crazy Mason. There was an advertisement that made it seem completely insane! I had to investigate to see whether it was actually as fantastic as it appeared to be. When I got there, I discovered that the crazy mason had no dedicated entrance; instead, you had to enter through the bowling alley next door. The process of getting there was strange and somewhat tedious, but it was well worth it because it is convenient to have if you are bowling.

There were so many excellent choices. Oh my, bleeding heart (red velvet cake on top), cookie mashup (two chocolate chip cookies and an oreo), and "I like big buns" (fresh cinnamon roll with cinnamon toast crunch (ctc)) were my top three picks. I finally decided on the "I like big buns" and split it with my friend. There was an entire cinnamon bun topped with whipped cream and ctc cereal, so it was more than enough to share! The ability to take the mason jar with me as I left is my favorite part. The mason jar is very cute for memories, however I'm not sure if it can be reused...

We came in and there was a decent line, but it moved pretty quickly. We didn't want to pay the prices for the big milkshakes, so we all got scoops of ice cream, which were more cost effective. For all they put into the fancy milkshakes and big ice cream treats, I ordered vanilla with chocolate chips and it was lack luster. They didn't have chocolate chip ice cream, so I just ordered toppings to go on it. They gave me a small scoop of chocolate chips as well as a small scoop of Oreos for my daughter. Same for my dad. It was mainly vanilla. My husband ordered two scoops of strawberry and his was the same size as ours. I WILL say that one scoop was PLENTY! They did give plenty in one scoop and the quality of ice cream was good. I probably wouldn't come back, though, because I love chocolate chip ice cream and for the amount of chocolate chips they gave, I'll just go buy a big thing of Blue Bunny chocolate chip ice cream next door and I'll get way more for my money. My husband also had strawberry ice cream but something was mixed into it. Chocolate maybe? Maybe they double used a scoop? Not sure.

Another family shared this little gem with us. Was a little tough to find this one because it was located in the 810 Bowling. Once we got in and look at the menu we we so shocked and were surprised when we seen the options it was amazing of all the options that they had. We got the build me up buttercup and the dashing through the dough milkshake. The build me up buttercup was great; peanut butter and vanilla ice cream with mini chocolate chips mixed in with Reese's pieces mixes in was amazing. The dashing through the dough was also great with all the chocolate shaving on the side rolled in with cake icing and the big dough ball on top. Overall th experience was great was able to sit down and enjoy and wait was not too long for all the shakes that we got. Was very impressed with all the options and amazing flavors.
