I did not have the app. I called and made my order. They took my vehicle information for contactless delivery. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes with my hazards on in the contactless delivery parking spot. There is only one. When the young lady came out to deliver someone else’s pizza I asked why they were not answering their phones, so I could tell them I was here. She answered “we are too busy to answer our phones”. She did not take my information. And just walked away from me. I had to download the app because they don’t answer their phone and they don’t care that I am waiting in the parking lot with my hazards on as directed over the phone. On the app I stated I was here. My name flashed white with a red background on there screen. They had two minutes to bring it out to me, or I get a free pizza. Well I deserve 5 free pizzas. I waited an additional 10 minutes. Read moreI love domino food and have never had a problem with it, but the staff are so rude. I had ordered food earlier and ordered the cinnamon twists with two frostings. They ended up forgetting my frostings so I went back because they’re website said they closed at 12 and not 11, I had my boyfriend walk in and ask for two frostings and the lady working (in her 20s ish) says “WERE CLOSED” my boyfriend then proceeded to say “your website said you guys closed at 12 and i ordered earlier but you guys forgot my frosting but I can even pay for the two frostings” and the lady says “no no no we’re closed and it’s been eleven for like years now” and then proceeded to kick my boyfriend out. Additionally, the staff that is there tends to be apathetic to the customers that are waiting in their lobby and completely ignores the phone, which rang without stopping during the 45 minutes that I was in their lobby. One of the employees went so far as to call a customer that requested a refund after waiting an hour a "cry baby". After the lobby started to empty out they openly complained about having to help several other customers.
