I ordered, and was charged $37 for, 3 pizzas to be delivered to the bar I was at. When the door dash driver arrived to pick them up, he reported that the restaurant was closed. The app has no where to report an issue, it said I would have to contact the store (except they were closed at the time). Next day I call the store, and the first time I was put on hold for 5 minutes. So I hung up and call right back. Surprise, someone is available to talk really quickly if they think I am placing an order... Anyways, I ask to speak to supervisor and was then placed on hold for another minute again, only to be hung up on shortly after. 3rd time I call, this time I speak to someone who tells me they can't do anything about it and I need to call when the store manager is in. What in the backwards customer service is this? My card was charged, even though they were closed, and NOBODY is the least bit interested in returning my money since you did not deliver any pizzas! Terrible customer experience. Mistakes happen, ok, that would be fine and I would've accepted it if they would just own up and return my money! I even get that the people in the store probably don't care about my issue, that's fine too. I worked in that type of business, I get it. But I would expect at least to be put in touch with the people who should care, like Pizza Hut corporate, and be able to fix this problem at the very least. First, when did you start having a call answering service answer calls for your stores during business hours?
After hanging up on me 3 times, your call answering service rep took my order, told me to pick it up in 15-20 min, then I walked up to the store at 9:54pm...the door was locked, though you close at 10pm..the rude lady was counting money from the drawer, rolling her eyes so hard at me I think they might have got stuck up there...and then got angry with me because I politely knocked on the door to try and get her attention, as I was clearly confused...not realizing the original person I spoke to on the phone was some other lady from an answering service I'm a different state/country til after I called back...which when I did call back...I got hung up on a 4th time....then they called me back...said 2 words...then hung up on me a 5th time.
P.S. - This is the first negative review of a business I've ever left online in my life. I mean, I know it's just pizza...but I'm just flat out annoyed (and hungry) right now.

Read moreTalked to a person in Taiwan first of all. We ordered 2 pizzas a personal pan and a medium pizza. We were told by an actual pizza hut employee he was delivering no such thing happened. When we finally got our pizzas the order was wrong and cold. We then called back complained and reordered only to pick up the pizzas and let's just say light sauce equaled none at all! Never again will I buy pizza from this location and the employee that was rude... and you know who you are should be fired with a capital F because the customer is always right. Don't you forget that when I call corporate either honey the customer is always right! Not to mention when I picked up my pizza's made wrong and delivered cold that same rude employee shut the lights off on me. Bad customer service super bad.
