I would have given zero stars if this option was available. I don't know how Starbucks hire their employees. I had a very horrible experience with one of their employee who’s name was “Drake”. He was very rude, very disrespectful. I went there yesterday with my husband and we ordered a coffee & muffin and this person “Drake” who was taking our order was little rude to us but we just ignored. We thought he might be tired or something, although at a service industry you shouldn’t behave like this to your customers but still we are all human beings, so we just ignored him. But he was another level rude first he was rude while taking a order and than again he throws the muffin to table without even announcing the name or anything. He just threw, when I went to pickup the muffin he just gave me the weird look first and then completely ignored me and started looking other side. I don’t know what was wrong with him but he was full of negative energy.
Just wanted to check with Starbucks if they really trained their employees to provide proper customer service to their customers? …And to that staff as well, if you are annoyed with your job, PLEASE QUIT!!!! A lot of people are willing to work!!!!! That kind of attitude and that kind of employee is a liability to a business. I will never go there again and I am willing to tell other people even not...
Read moreI hate to give negative reviews. Keep in mind that this is not based on the service, because the workers were friendly and what not. This review is based solely on the product itself.
I went in and ordered the S'mores Frappuccino (6/6/17 at 4:30pm) and when I got it and walked outside and took a sip it tastes sour bad. I thought maybe this was just the whipped cream (it was not) the coffee tasted sour (keep in mind last year when Starbucks had the S'Mores Frap I ordered it numerous times; so I know the taste). I went back in to inform the shift supervisor and she said it may be the marshmallow in the cream, and I told her that I had it before and this was sour compared to the many times I had it before. She offered to make another beverage for me. I ordered my go to order (Green Tea Frappuccino) and left. I get in my car and took a sip, and it was sour too.
I decided not to even try going back in, because they were either using a different milk than normal or they were using sour milk. It is depressing that this was my first visit to the new location and it served sour beverages to me. I just went to a different location and it was fine there. Sad for a first experience to say the least. They received 2 stars instead of one because their...
Read moreI literally come here sometimes twice a day 7 days a week for the last three years. I live less than one minute away so it's convenient. I'm also a rewards member. After finding out I can no longer have dairy I switched to hot tea instead when I come here. I get a jade citrus mint tea with 10 pumps of classic. I've noticed every single time I'm here at this location they never add it, but of course I'm paying for it each time. So I go to the North Ridgeville location completely out of my way. I ordered the exact same thing and guess what they add it and it tastes completely different. I even talked to the barista about it and she even said they're definitely not adding it to your drink. Absolutely ridiculous that now I have to drive out of my way to have something done correctly that I'm paying for as a customer. Some people shouldn't work at a place if you don't want to do your...
