Starbucks — Restaurant in North Olmsted

This location is very hit or miss. It is a busy location that I feel was put in a bad spot. It’s always difficult getting in and out of the parking lot because it’s located within one of the busiest intersections in North Olmsted. The service is ok. Some of the employees are more friendly than others. Be prepared to wait awhile for your drinks because there is always a long line at the drive thru. Going inside doesn’t help because the workers will ignore you until they are somewhat caught up on drive thru orders. While ordering inside today, I felt that it was quite rude that when I was finally acknowledged by one of the employees, she put her finger up, gesturing to me like I’m a dog or little kid. It isn’t hard to tell someone “I’ll be with you in a moment”. When I worked in food service and customer service, I had to tell people that all the time, even when I was hurrying. My drinks are mediocre because they were rushing them and the dining room was rather unclean. I am far from impressed. If you have to get your Starbucks fix, my advice is to go to another location. If you want subpar coffee you need to wait 15 minutes for from the time you order it until they make it - this is the place.

If that's not enough for you, you're sure to be treated like a nuisance from the waitstaff who'd find making drinks a lot easier if they stopped socializing and focused on their customers standing in front of them.

Gold star for my witnessing them completely blow off delivery drivers, completely ignoring they were even there, who were huddled and waiting for food to be bagged (it was all ready), and then just push the bags at them without even looking up. Their conversations and giggling was more important than the task in front of them.

If you want your coffee delivered - get it from somewhere else. Drivers are eventually gonna put this place on a list and stop accepting their orders entirely thanks to the waitstaff treatment. I'd tip my driver 2x if I knew beforehand this is what they have to...

The folks here make a good beverage. Some need a nicer attitude, but it beats the tight quarters on the drive through across the street. If your in a hurry, this one is normally faster. And that is with having to park, go in, wait for maybe one or two folks in line. Plus you can use your GE card toward perks, as well as the Starbucks card and its perks, as well as extra perks if you buy a Starbucks gift card for reloading funds.
