Well I probably should have read the reviews before I actually ordered from the North Palm Beach Domino's. The Manager, Sarah, the rudest person ever. I called because according to the app, my pizza has been out of the oven for 10 minutes and was being quality checked. How long does it take to Quality check a pizza? Also, when it would be delivered because I do not want to receive a cold pizza. She was extremely rude and said that she has late orders, it's not her fault that people place orders just before close, (meaning me) and she only has two drivers. As soon as the driver arrives the pizza will go out and that the driver would be there any minute. So in our 5-minute conversation, at the end of the conversation the driver finally arrived but my pizza still had not left the store. I expressed my concern about the pizza having sit been sitting there out of the oven for more than 10 minutes and the driver still hadn't arrived back in the store to deliver my order. Then it would take him at least 10 minutes to deliver the pizza to my house if he didn't have any other orders to deliver. So by the time he would reach my house if he had left right then, my pizza would have been out of the oven for 20 minutes and would have been cold. I didn't cancel my order because of the time that it took, at this point I'm canceling my order and never ordering from the Domino's again because of the attitude of this store manager. She literally laughed at me, argued with me about the fact that I've never ordered from them before and I tried to explain that I just moved in the neighborhood. She laughed at me some more and hung up on me. She also said that Domino's wouldn't be the number one pizza company in the world if they delivered cold pizzas yet their reviews and the photos tell a different story. She told me to go ahead and call corporate because corporate would only send her an email and it would be her that I would speak to again so she once again laughed at me. Myself nor my business will be ordering pizza from this Domino's. You're attitude...
Read moreI ordered a medium hand-tossed pizza with chicken, capsicum, onions, extra cheese, and garlic crust. The pizza was fresh and flavorful, and the toppings were generous and well-balanced. The chicken was tender, the veggies were crisp, and the extra cheese made it feel indulgent without being greasy. The garlic crust added a really nice savory touch, and the hand-tossed base had that soft-yet-slightly-chewy texture I enjoy. Portion-wise, it was enough to comfortably feed 2–3 people, and everyone liked it.
Now for the Alfredo pasta – this is where things fell short. The portion was surprisingly small — around half the size of what I’ve received when ordering the same item in-store. The pasta itself was made with fresh ingredients, but it tasted bland. It was very salty and had no herbs, spices, or seasoning to bring out the flavor. Just felt underwhelming overall, especially compared to how flavorful the pizza was.
Delivery was fast, which I appreciated. But there were no sides included – no ketchup, garlic powder, or chili flakes, which are usually expected with pizza and pasta orders. Those little things really add to the experience and were noticeably missing.
Overall: ✅ Pizza – fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. ❌ Pasta – tiny portion, salty, and too basic. ⚠️ Sides/condiments – not included. ⚡ Delivery – fast and efficient.
Would definitely reorder the pizza, but I’d skip the pasta next time or ask for extra seasoning. A few small improvements could really elevate the...
Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences at a Dominos pizza, ever! I went here by accident when I made the order online and it put this as location where I purchased. When I got to the location the lady Peaches was at the register trying to help someone out but this guy looked super pissed that he’d been waiting there for a very long time. We waited nearly 10 minutes while our pizza was cooling down before she finally cashed us out and gave us our pizza. However in that same 10 minutes we also watched the guy who was working with her drop the pizza trays they place the pizza on to put in the oven, then he picked the 3 dropped ones and just put them right back on top of all the other trays as if those 3 were not just on the dirty floor. This place is very dirty, unsanitary, and you might be getting pizza from the floor because the staff here does not at all care about being clean and cleaning up after themselves. When you drop a tray go and clean it before you put it back in your pile of trays… just common sense. The pizza also didn’t have any flavor like Dominos usually does… needless to say we will stick with our Northlake location moving forward and will never be back here at all. Oh and they also cancelled my entire order (despite me having paid them and gotten my food) and now I have lost my Piece of the Pie Rewards that I had earned from my order yesterday....
