Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in North Platte

We went to the drive thru about 10:40am and ordered 2 of the $5 lunch pizzas with drink. Guy at window said they don't have those available until 11:00 (ok I can understand that) and said if we wanted to wait or come back in 15-20 they'd have some ready. My son was hungry so I told him that was ok we'd just do the pepperoni deep dish instead. He stated thise were not hot and ready anymore so it'd be 15-20 minutes before I could have one. I told him we'd just come back after while.

Go back at 11:15am. Pull up to the window and again order 2 of the $5 lunches. A girl at the window says "We don't have any ready it will be 15 or so minutes." So I told her that we were here 30 minutes ago and told the same thing. Her response was "I just got here so I don't know." Well needless to say we went elsewhere for lunch and probably won't be back. Super...

I went to the little Caesars in North Platte yesterday and when I pulled up to the window I waited 10 minutes before someone came to take my order. All I wanted was a classic pepperoni and they said there was no hot and readys and that it would be an HOUR LONG WAIT for a basic pizza. For some reason I waited the hour and when nobody came out to give me my pizza I went inside and nobody was in the building! I yelled for somebody and about a minute later someone came out looking like they just woke up from a nap asking what a needed. I said I ordered a pizza an hour ago and she said “oh let me get that” and went to the back and grabbed an old and cold pizza. I understand places are short staffed so I placed an online order and allowed 10 extra minutes before I went through the drive thru to pick up my order. When I got up to the window no one would come to the window. I sat there at least 15 minutes. And a couple employees walked by and refused eye contact. They even answered the phone - which is right by the window! I honked my horn. Nothing. I finally opened the drive thru window and stuck my head in until someone acknowledged me and got me my COLD pizza. I don't mind the waiting. What makes me mad is that they don't even acknowledge you when you pull up to the window to let you know how long the wait may be.
