Polar Expresso — Restaurant in North Pole

I came 11/1/23 6:30 pm-7 pm I gave the girl multiple punch cards (1 with 5 punches,1 with 4 punches, 1 w/ 2 punches, and 1 with 1 punch) a total of 12 punches to get my 5$ off of the 2 24oz white mocha breva's I was ordering. She proceeded to tell me that they cannot combine my punch cards! & Then said but I can add 2 more to this one as she handed me back 3 of 4 punch cards back. This is absolutely ridiculous And if this is your company policy then you should probably print it on the card because I have never ever been told this by any coffee stand in the 25 plus years I have purchased coffee at drive thru stands.. if this is not how you conduct business PLEASE correct your in proper company policy and procedures.. Also maybe give the 2 girls a lesson in a 24 oz White mocha breva with French vanilla because something was not done right in that drink even though every other time I have gone here my coffees taste great and the same...

I had the worst experience today. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap, it was the size of a regular egg roll. I ordered 2 lotus drinks in 32 oz and she made them in 20 ounces cups and on top of that charged me 4 specialty syrups totaling $3.40. I ordered 2 cream cheese bagels with honey on top, but it didn't have no honey. I got charged for honey. Also it took forever, over 25 min....I dont minde paying, but make sure you...

There drinks are good very smooth, customer service is awesome! Unfortunately this place is very expensive and they serve very bland food with small meat and eggs. Eggs don't have any seasonings. Sausage is tiny and flat. Bacon was very stretchy and unfortunately tatesed like plastic.
