I don’t usually make reviews, but I signed on to this cause I had to share my experience at Beef O Brady’s in Northport last week. My Husband and I were headed back north to see family. We were stuck in traffic for 3 hours a large storm came through and I suffer from panic attacks. The anxiety of the traffic and storm was starting to affect me. We pulled off on a Northport exit to find a place to relax I was very upset and anxious. We found Beef O Brady’s and decided to pull in. Immediately when we opened the door we were welcomed my the Bartender Amy. We usually don’t sit at the bar, but as Amy welcomed us in it just felt right. We sat and Amy welcomed us again and said she was happy to have us in. She asked us if we would like some drinks. My husband got a beer. I was still distraught and heart pounding to really think about a choice, I think Amy could sense this and offered me a glass of wine which was perfect. She offered us menus and since we had never been to a Beef O Brady’s we didn’t know much of the menu. Amy sensed our hesitation, and confusion. I was still on the verge of a panic attack. Amy perused the menu with use. Told us some of her favorites and local favorites. She cracked jokes with us and asked if we wanted to watch anything on the televisions. My anxiety seem to just melt away like never before because of the kind soul of Amy. I have never a more attentive and personal experience at an establishment in my life, ot my husbands life then we did that day! Amy is the consummate service provider. She turned our day around and saved me from a panic attack without ever knowing it. She was a true gift from...
Read moreUPDATE: What a generic response from management below after a long time customer was given chicken that was raw in many parts as shown. The waitress was at least kind enough to tell me she would have management talk to the cook due to the seriousness of this and comp.our dinner. I hope you treat them well.
I hate to leave one star but what happened tonight was just dangerous. I love getting wings at Beef o Brady's. I did notice the last couple months the quality seemed to be going down. They were smaller and weren't as good. Well tonight we gave them another try and I wish I hadn't! I bit into a raw chicken wing! I realize mistakes happen but this was a dangerous one! I opened up the others and most all of them were raw too from my batch. I could get sick (praying I don't especially since it's my birthday weekend). Besides Salmonella and other food borne illnesses bird flu is also going around and CDC says to avoid raw chicken! I called and was told to send pictures of the raw wings and she would comp my check. I sent her the pics and was told it would take a few business days to get my money back but that's the least of my concerns. I am worried about my health and the health of others if this happens again. I have autoimmune conditions and other health issues. My son ordered the boneless wings and his were more like popcorn chicken but at least they were done. Just a terrible experience. I don't think I will ever eat there again and we were good customers. At this point I don't know when I will ever eat chicken again because my stomach hurts just thinking about it. I included the pics here in case "Amy"...
Read moreWe haven’t been to BOB North Port in quite a while. We decided to go tonight to get dinner. We sat at the bar that was less than half full. There were 3 people at the end of the bar who were extremely loud. One’s name was Amy and Amy was so loud! We had to listen to her for 45 minutes say over and over that she was accused of doing coke and OD’ing the bathroom of Beef O’ Brady’s and she very loudly announced that she actually works there as well. And we had to hear that the guy that said she did that was Abel and over and over we had to hear about how much Amy loves Abel. When I say we had to listen to the same story 25 times at least, I’m not exaggerating. Quite personally someone who has to repeat themselves that many times and that loud is trying to cover something up. I’m still shocked that she actually works there and she was allowed to carry on like that. The manager and the bartender both heard her and neither told her to keep it down a bit. The food was good. The bartender was not. My husband’s drink was empty 10 minutes and it was never noticed. He finally had to ask for another drink. We will not be back. If staff is allowed to carry on like Miss Amy did, and not even the manager cared to tell her to tone it down, I don’t want to waste my money. Other patrons we’re looking at one another and shaking their heads and rolling their eyes. Oh and by the way, Amy didn’t deny that she does coke, she just said that she didn’t do it at work and OD in the bathroom. That stuff is in the...
