Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in North Port

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS LOCATION. They've lost my entire household's respect and business. Check your ingredients and make sure your employees are rotating properly and wearing gloves, before someone gets hospitalized with food poisoning. I wish I could leave no stars for this place. We ordered to pizzas last night (5/24/22), (which price alone was a bit ridiculous compared to other places). Right off the bat from the first bite the whole pizza tasted off. The crust had an off taste, (was supposed to be butter and garlic, but tasted more like the garlic had expired well past its prime). (Tasted just like my garlic I tossed the other day that was no longer okay to use smelt). The sauce had a real funky taste to it and the cheese..just no the cheese was so awful to have to chew through. It was so rubbery and had a bad salt taste. (I know mozzarella is a salty cheese that can get a rubber texture but for a fresh out of their oven pizza, there was no excuse it tasted like days old melted cheese. Reminds me of a pizza you left out for awhile on the counter and then decided to reheat and take a chance on) I only managed to get through one slice and that was it's own struggle. I was sick IMMMEDIATELY after finishing my slice and am STILL feeling the uncomfortablness in my stomach from this pizza. My ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD has been in and out of the bathrooms ALL night since eating from this establishment. Learned our lesson the hard way on trusting this Jets Pizza location. Next time we will just order from somewhere else, plus we would get more food for the same price as 2 deep...

Omg we were all so suprised at how good they were! We've been looking for a good pizza place for litterally years here in Florida. We ordered deep dish. (I didn't know you can order flavor crust so I'm definitely excited about that next time). Last good pizza our family ate was chicago deep dish. Now nothing compares to that, however, this is the first pizza we've found that really said WOW this is good! Crust was still firm and crusty not soggy and floppy. We've tried at least 15, new to us, places in np, pc & Venice area. Hands down this one is the best so far! And reasonably priced. Nobody should expect a pizza to serve 4 people and it be good for under $20. I suggest everyone try! Just a note on previous review, don't base your review on one experice because service took too long or the order messed up. Employees are hard to come by and mgmnt can only do and oversee so much.. give em' a break and try them again! I know iv ran a restaurant before. Our new fave...

Ordered online through the pizza bot. They gave me a three dollar discount for using the bot. Ordered a mighty meaty large hand tossed and was told 15 minutes. Continued driving down to North Port and looking forward to my pizza. Arrived in time and asked for my pizza. They brought out a rectangle pizza and said that was what I ordered. I asked them to check again, and they said we made a mistake. Then the cashier told the pizza makers rush my pizza. She had to ask a couple of times before they made my pizza. They told me the pizza was on the house, except I had already paid for it. This time, they told me 20 minutes and I could get my pizza. Now I ask for a comp because of the extra time spent at their store. The person who took over my situation said they couldn't give me a free order of cheesy bread. They offered a cookie or brownie. My brother said it should be the bread, not the sweets I agree. It's definitely not a good example for...
