Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Port

So I understand they were busy (2 cars in the drive through with large orders. It is the 4th of July after all. I went in to pick up and uber eats order and grab some chow for me and the dog. I wanted a chicken power bowl, 2 soft tacos no lettuce extra meat and 1 soft taco with extra meat. So I get my order into the car to find everything has extra lettuce... so I go back in with the "food". The manager tells me she's going to clear out her drive through before they remake my meal. They make me 2 more soft tacos extra meat no lettuce... or so I think. I go back to the car and bam it has lettuce. So I go back into tacobell with the tacos. The manager again wants to clear out her drive through instead of just making the tacos correctly. (I've worked at tacobell about 3 years of my life and it takes about 2.5 seconds to make a taco, less with no lettuce.) I reminded her I had her uber eats order in my car and I'd like my darn taco so I could deliver this other person's food. I finally got the correct number of tacos for me...

I went to Taco Bell for the first time ever last week (I'm in my mid 20's, im a late TBell-bloomer, okay lol) and went to this location. Not only was the crunch wrap/food so fricken yummy, but when we pulled up to the pickup window the girl working gave me a lovely compliment when she handed me the food. She was really sweet and it was a unexpected & pleasant surprise. I've been struggling lately and hearing that compliment made me feel really good and was a big pick-me-up. anytime I'm feeling down now I think about that compliment and how happy it made me; a strangers kindness made a difference. She was on night shift, young, with freckles/reddish hair. I really hope a supervisor sees this review and gives her the recognition she deserves. Sometimes, one act of kindness goes a long way. Even if it seems like a small one. You never know the impact it can have or what someone is going through/dealing with. Thank you for making a difference, Taco Bell Chica! I wish her all the best. This is a Taco Bell/Long john Silver's location. We went thru the drive up. We ordered Long John's food for 3 people. We ordered 3 different combo meals each one included cole slaw. There was only ONE FORK PACKET IN THE ENTIRE ORDER. KINDA CRUMMY WHEN WE HAD 3 MEALS....FOR 3 PEOPLE. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS A TAKEOUT ORDER. COME ON PEOPLE READ YOUR ORDERS AND PACK'EM ACCORDINGLY. WE WENT TO A SHADY SPOT TO EAT....BUT NOT ENOUGH FORKS!!! THANK GOODNESS WE ARE FAMILY AND HAD SOME HANDI WET WIPES IN THE CAR SO WE SHARED THE FORK AND CLEANED IT BEFORE PASSING IT AROUND. BUT PLEASE PACK THE ORDERS WITH SOME COMMON SENSE AND CARE......IT ONLY TAKES A MOMENT TO DO SO. AFTER ALL WE ARE PATRONIZING YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS AND PAYING HARD EARNED MONEY TO ENJOY THE SIMPLE PLEASURE OF A LONG JOHN SILVERS MEAL.
