Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in North Providence

Absolute worst Chipotle. Portions are tiny. Employees are rude.

Was charged over $33 for one average sized burrito today.

While ordering I said I wanted double protein - one portion chicken and one portion brisket. But the server gave 2 portions chicken. I did not want that and did not order that. I asked for one scoop brisket to be added which he did. The girl at the cash register did not know how to ring it up so the server came over. He said I did not charge you for double brisket. (i did not ask for nor did I get double brisket) He finished keying in the order and abruptly walked away. It rang in at more than 33 dollars!!! I asked how that was possible.

Instead of anyone explaining anything, the cashier rudely handed me my receipt. I told them I would never return and walked out.

Looking at the receipt, he rang up a brisket burrito for 14 dollars and then added 2 portions of chicken, and then an additional portion of brisket. I ordered one portion chicken and one portion brisket but paid for 2 portions of each which I absolutely did not get or want. I should have demanded a refund and left the burrito but I walked out. I am still angry at myself for allowing this to happen.

Bajas is just up the street and is much better, portions are larger and prices are reasonable. If you really prefer chipotle, go to Smithfield because the north providence store...

Me and my father decided to have chipotle for dinner, as I would like to because it’s my favorite I lot the food but the service is terrible. I order white rice and double gave me nothing also ordered double chicken and gave me two half scoops and called it double I asked for lettuce and there was none and my father asked the women if she can give me a tiny bit more and made it a huge issue trying to charge my father triple even though she was going to give me five more bits and call it triple. Me and my 14 year old friends have been coming to this chipotle after school for three years and every single time they have gave us less when we ask for double like it is coming out of their pocket and it’s such and inconvenience for them. For now on me my friends and my father will be going to Bajas for way better food, services and other all attitude. I should not have to be writing this as a 14 year old because yes I have had small, big, full and less amount in my bowls and I have not complained but enough is enough it’s not coming out of your pocket for food your not starving your family for this so all I ask be nice and don’t skimp me on the food my father, my friends...

Every single time I put in an order to pick up from this location they are out of half the stuff in my order for the night (mind you this is up to 2 hours before closing I’ve had this happen) but they don’t tell me and just hand me the bag. Never have chips past like 7pm, never have queso or vinaigrette for salads. I’ve learned to check the order but even when I have to go through the hassle of going in to let them know that stuff is missing they offer no solution and tell you to go online to get a refund. If you do that, you don’t even get a refund, they just give you a coupon for a free drink or chips for next time. What makes you think I want to keep wasting my time and money when it’s never right? Those coupons expire and I use them and then they can’t even fulfill the coupon so it’s an endless lose lose cycle for...
