I would give a negative if I could. I manage a restaurant in the same plaza, and want to say your employees on Saturday the 14th closing shift were very rude!!! Zero customer service! I went to return a sandwich with was made wrong the door was locked. I understand that they were closed. They laughed at me standing there and turned every light off it was so dark they couldn't see each other. This is one of the rudest things I've experienced. To be laughed at standing in the cold. Been coming here for a few months now I usually place a mobile order and pick it up either from inside or drive thru my order is usually wrong 8 times out of 10 like the baristas refuse to look at the label when making the drink. I had my final bad experience tonight. My drink is never ready even when the store isn’t busy ok fine I’ll wait for my drink to be made it doesn’t look how it’s supposed to so I hand it back and ask for it to be remade only to receive another drink missing ingredients that are clearly on the label. I've been going to Starbucks for 20 + years. I didn't even drink any went to go take a sip when I was half way down the road and to my surprise not full.I called and she explained they make the iced brownsugar oatmilk shaken espresso with primarily ice... so it won't be full. Every other Starbucks I went to the drink was full whether it be a tall, grande or a venti. There is a disconnect somewhere. I don't know who I spoke to not even 15 mins ago however not nice.
