Five Guys — Restaurant in North Providence

Unfortunately there isn’t a zero star option- because they don’t even deserve a one star rating. Called them to see if they did delivery, I was placed on hold (while listening to staff use curse words and an obnoxious female continuously screaming “alright, alright, alright” lol) was on hold for 16 minutes and 43 seconds until someone eventually hung up the phone. Called a second time and was greeted with a short and quite rude- “hold”. Eventually someone took my call just to simply tell me that their delivery is only done through Ubers Eats and DoorDash… will never be ordering from this location again, had their food twice before and honestly their hamburger patties stated like freezer burn both times. Awesome customer service, very clean inside and the food is worth every dollar. The best thing is no charge for any add-ons, you can put as much as you want on any food you purchase. Don't get me started on the fries, OMGOODNESS!!!!!! Even if you order a small, it's like ordering a large because you get more than expected. Miserable (Mineral) Spring Avenue location is awesome! The online ordering is easy to navigate and I've consistently picked up a hot, fresh, correct and complete order everytime. Crew in there (usually the evening crew) are funny, constantly joking and laughing WHILE working their butt's off at that grill. Sometimes I catch myself laughing with them about something as opposed to playing on my phone...
