Andrea's House of Pizza — Restaurant in North Reading

I usually have good experiences at Andrea's, but I was there last week and ordered a chicken finger dinner with fries and onion rings. Usually when I order the same meal at other local places, having a mix of both onion rings and fries are no big deal. I asked the older gentlemen at the counter if they could do that, and he said fine. After ordering and sitting down, I could hear them ridiculing me for ordering the way I did... Apparently I am the first person to ever to order the chicken finger dinner with both fries and onion rings. Staff members were asking who ordered it in disbelief, where they were pointing me out in the sitting area as I was waiting for my meal. I used to work in North Reading and would come to Andrea's 2-3 times a week for lunch. After feeling extremely uncomfortable in their restaurant I will not be returning, and neither will my family or friends. Shame on you for making a paying customer who has been loyal to your restaurant feel this way. You should be ashamed of yourselves as...

Absolutely no respect they are not friendly and when you tell the owner, you do not like what they made, they Brade you with slander, inappropriate words, and especially slandering and cussing out with cuss words a female with disabilities very unacceptable in every manner, and this establishment does not understand in any manner. The customer is always right, to be honest, anybody who orders from here don’t go there. The owner is called Wheatley unethical and completely rude and the most disrespectful owner I have ever met in my entire life and I have ran as a manager and a district manager and a store managers, the most disrespectful in regards to human customer service absolutely disgusted and appalled with the disrespect That they have a present presumed in front of me and to me tonight unacceptable Mark my word karma is a lovely being in this establishment will receive it for the way they spoke to someone as a female with disabilities 100% do not approve of how they treated me tonight...

I called my order in on a Thursday night around dinner time. It was a simple order: Small BLT sun with mayo, a large chicken finger sub with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and mayo, and a large mozzarella sticks. I went in around 20 minutes after ordering, paid, and waited for another 15 minutes and watched several other customers come, order and get their food, and go. After awhile, I went to the counter and asked “Did you forget about me?” I could tell by listening to them that they were confused and had no ticket. Two of the older gentlemen hastily put together my chicken finger sub, while asking what was on it. I repeated myself. Finally I got my food and went home. The mozzarella sticks were cold - the bacon tasted like a wet dog smells - and after having to ask me directly, STILL MANAGED TO MESS UP MY CHICKEN FINGER SUB. It impressed and will not...
