Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

Don’t order online at this location. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:50pm. I waited next to the pickup area and around 6:00pm asked how much longer I should expect to wait. Especially given they were not very busy and the line was short. They just told me to keep waiting next to the pickup area. After 5 more minutes, realized I should have just waited in line since I would have already had my food 10 min ago at this point. Asked again, and was told the same thing again so I waited in line at this point to order with everyone else walking in. Prior to ordering, i explained the situation that we’ve been waiting more than 20 min at this point for our order so we would just order now since it’s still not ready and no one is working on it. I watched as the worker was told that she gave me too many fajita veggies and they removed some and threw it away. At the register, I again explained the situation and she turned around and grabbed my order that had apparently been ready before I even walked in. This was the same worker I had asked a couple of times earlier. There was no apology. She tried to give me the food that had been sitting out about 30 min at this point so I asked if I could just have the fresh order that was just prepared. She seemed annoyed with me and just pushed my food forward without saying anything and walked away. Waited all this time and the quality of the food was subpar from other Chipotles I have eaten at. Oh also there was no toilet paper in the women’s restroom....

Wouldn’t even give this place one star. Went in the other night to get me and my daughter food. There were gentlemen working one cooking on the grill and the other making customers food. We got to the end were you pay and no one was there, so I waited like 30 seconds an than asked the gentlemen who made our food if he could get someone, cause I would like to eat my food hot not cold. He stuck his head around the corner to tell someone to come check poeple out cause at this point there was a line almost to the front door. After he finished with the next customer in line two poeple from the back finally come out. One stood there and put gloves on and the other walked pasted me and said hang on. So when he came back I asked where the manager was and the girl raises her hand and said me. So I than was shocked that she just stood back there in the back talking even after the gentlemen making the food asked for help. I than asked the manager if telling me to hang on was okay and she admitted what he did was wrong. I than told her you have the gentlemen working his butt off to serve these customers and the other gentlemen working his butt off to keep the food bins full so the customers could get served hot fresh food.

After it was done I ended up leaving due to the manager and the other employee handling things so poorly.

So I will start out by saying that I'm a bit of a Dr. Pepper snob. So because they don't have that, I rarely will go here, but will just get coke or root beer if the family really wants to eat here. That being said, the coke, root beer, and mr. pibb were all out of order. Wasn't sure about the sprite because it's clear already, but all the fountain drinks were coming out clear with the exception of diet coke. The last few times that I have been, the chips have been so bad that you can't even eat them. Well to no surprise, they were awful again today. It's like they have been sitting in there for days it's so bad. The burrito was pretty good but with the lobby being dirty as shown in the pics, and the drinks being out of order, I just wanted to get out of there. The prices are a little high as well, $3 for a small drink is pretty high especially since they didn't mention that all of the drinks were out. I got 3, so $9 bucks down the drain. Just overall a reminder of why I don't go here often.

So after posting this, I glanced through a few reviews of people all saying the same thing, Dirty! I see the owner comment on these reviews but nothing has been done to address the issues because it's still a disaster. You would think with the reviews trending downward you would want to fix the issue before you go out of business but that doesn't seem to be the case. Just do yourself a favor and...
