Kabylo's Pizza By the Slice — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

tried this place for the first time today after craving some pizza. I work about 12 minutes away and made my partner go pick it up for lunch.

we ordered the tomato basil 12". upon him getting back to the building with pizza in hand the pizza was SO cold, like as if it were left out all morning (literally was not warm at all, the mozzarella wasn't even melted in the slightest and felt like it was just taken out of the refrigerator).

I am giving ti a decent review because even though the pizza itself was cold, it was still pretty good. (yes, I still ate it).

so if a cold pizza was still better than other competitors ive had in the area, then I can't imagine how yummy it would be warm lol.

Placed an order on their app for two pizzas. App said 20 minutes. Showed up 25 minutes later and they hadn’t started making the pizzas yet. They said it would be 20 more minutes. There were many people there waiting that were in the same situation. I got my order refunded and went down the street to another pizza place. I got my pizzas in 15 minutes at the other place.

They appear to be under new management, as we had never experienced this before. Their pizza has always been good, but something has definitely changed from what we had experienced before. The staff was very disorganized and arguing with one another.

hands down, I’m from New York and this is the real New York pizza slices. I tried their boneless wings, their so delicious Very highly recommended.He is Very professional and excels in his customer service .. 5 stars to him and the other staff there.. My 2nd time getting pizza from there.. The food is fresh and on point really good.. I haven't had that experience at ever so I just had to write the reveiw and show my appreciation for getting great and friendly professional service and the good being on point definitely puts this kabylo's on the top of the list..
