Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

I visited this location at around 10 AM this morning. When I arrived, I was so confused because I couldn't find a place to order at the drive-thru or a menu. As much, I waited to oder at the window. Upon arriving, there was a young man working and he immediately greeted me, he was very friendly! I ordered a Vietnamese coffee and obviously had to wait. I watched as two other young women came up and asked what he needed. One girl with a blue streak in her hair told him to do something else while she made the coffee. I watched as he began working on another drink, only for her to soon snap at him that he was adding too much syrup. The guy may have been new, but it was clear he was doing his best. After waiting a few minutes, he presented me with my coffee and was, again, very nice. As I began to pull away, I heard the girl with the blue hair streak complain that there was now a line and the guy should have done this or that. She was incredibly rude to him and also made me feel like I inconvenienced the establishment with my order. I obviously won't be going back... but I hope the guy finds a new job where he will be valued because he offered great...

This Shipley's has consistently over-charged by $0.25 for a 1/2 dozen sausage & cheese kolaches by charging for the higher-priced sausage, cheese & jalapeño kolaches. When I have asked about why my receipt says sausage, cheese, & jalapeño when that wasn't what I ordered, I have been told that "all of the kolaches cost the same price". Since this location does not have a menu outside, I finally went inside to check the price and it turns out that the kolaches are NOT all the same price and I have been over-charged many times now. When I pointed it out to the employee inside today, she said that is what they are told to charge even though the menu price is listed as being less. I no longer trust this Shipley's location. A food establishment should charge its customers the price listed on the menu.

As a follow up to this, I was sent coupons for two free dough nuts to try to make this right, I tried to use one of the coupons on Sunday at this very same location and was told that they no longer accept these coupons even though the coupons specifically state that they are "Valid at all Shipley Do-Nuts locations. Expires 12/31/2023" This location is...

I will NOT be back, the service was terrible. Not only where they just rude but also very dismissive. I understand it's early in the morning, but no need to act like that. I was told I couldn't use the drive through to pickup an order I placed online. What's the point of having a drive through? There wasn't anyone in line, and the guy at the windows was very rude about it, even though I said I wouldn't do it again. I used to come here years ago and never had an issue, by the time I get there my food is usually ready and my entire interactions are merely seconds. Don't understand why the guy was very rude about it today. Hadn't he brought up the issue, I would've been in and out in less than a min, as again, Noone in line. Then to top things off, my order was wrong, I ordered a dozen kolaches, and only a half dozen were in the box, I checked my receipt and it had a dozen on there. I would've gone back, but due to the earlier interaction I feared what they would do to my food.
