I went through the drive thru March 3rd, 2024. I picked up a friend from work and took her to eat. I didn't keep the receipts. We ate in the car and I drove her home. On the way to my houses I started feeling ill. I pulled over and threw up violently then I proceeded the rest of the way home only to throw up again this time in my car.
I drove back to this location and asked for a refund where I was presented with hesitation. Noone apologized, noone cared , Noone would compensate me without my receipts.
I escalated the situation to Frank Deleon the operation partner or manager. He never responded to any of my calls or messages.
I finally called the store to see what type of compensation they offer and again Mr Frank Deleon wouldn't do anything without the receipts.
Noone including management cared or apologized for my experience and didn't show any care or concern over my well-being. They care more about their stupid receipts and assets.
I worked 20 years in the airline industry and I was a supervisor who handled escalated calls. My job was to acknowledge the customer, apologize and listen to their side of the story and provide compensation and take accountability for our mistakes of our employees or off schedule operation and make it right.
They can have their 21.14 cents of my money. Because it's obvious they care nothing about the customer or even simply human life. I wish I would've landed in icu and had a lawsuit because they care nothing about their customers only your money and their bottomline.
Iam.glad they work in the restaurant business and not the airline industry.
Lastly, I am 52 years old. I have been working since I was 14 years old. I have worked with no technology and I am working now in the age of technology.
I have worked in retail, hospitality, gas stations, restaurants, doggie daycare facilities and I can damn near bet you they could've found my receipts or my entire transaction.
Target returns without receipts, Sam's club returns without receipts and most places will work with you on an exchange versus return basis inorder to satisfy the customer.
I ate at Sushi Zushi in Southlake and I had a bad experience and they literally found my receipts and knew who my server was just over the phone.
This establishment is simply inhumane and inconsiderate. I used to love eating at Whataburger but I would rather go to McDonald's
I hope you keep receipts and don't vomit on your receipts... your receipts are more important to them then...
Read moreI do not eat fast food often, if I do, I usually go to Chick-fil-A. I finished college late today and I was starving like never before. Because almost running late for work, the only convenient fast food nearby was Water Burger. I ordered two patty melt meals and two vanilla shakes, the line was longer than I expected and when I finally got to the window the person was standing asked me did two patty melt meals i said yes with two vanilla shakes; she told it $25. Something i paid she close the window and stand there after 3min she open the window and hand me a bag of food and then close the window. I thought everything was in the bag. I drop off, i say to myself let me sip some shakes 10miles away from that store i realized they did not put my two shakes in the bag. I so mad I called the store if they can deliver it. The so call manager said they don't deliver i should drive back to the store I said i can't I confirm about the two shakes to the cashier when she was collecting my money. I thought she put it why she did put in and why she didn't ask me to hold for my shakes when she hand the bag. In my greatest surprise the manager hung out the phone on me i called back, asked to speak with the manager and she lied that she apologized but I wouldn't listen that is why she hung out, she don't get paid to be yield at. I said explain to my situation I told all that she didn't apologize she just asked me to drove back. I felt so, angry that is why I had to let people know that this store is not good. The manager of this doesn't know the the customer comes first, their ways of treating customers is sucks. Don't go to this store. 1120 W Pipeline Rd,...
Read moreGood food and great service. Depending on your look at the pandemic, all employees I saw were wearing masks and handled food and so forth with gloves. Otherwise for a normal review for a drive thru: patience with my order at the menu/order radio, pleasant employees, and they got it all right. I know you probably already know Whataburger, but for those who don't: fast food burger joint that's well established in Texas. Burgers pretty customizable, cooked at time of order, and delicious. Hang over food central. They offer chicken sandwiches as well and their specialities are pretty darn good. Typically in the very early AM they serve a breakfast menu with biscuit sandwiches and taquitos (bacon or sausage and egg with cheese in a tortilla) along with standard McDonald's type sandwiches but I'd say a tad more real/fresh. The solid thing about Whataburger is if it's in the morning and a burger you're wanting, a burger you shall receive. Standard soda, tea, and normal fountain beverages available. Inside seating during normal times as one would expect. Does not sell booze or anything like that. They do what they do very well and it's been rare to have a bad experience for me at a...
