Placed a mobile order & did a drive through pick up. The woman on the speaker was clearly annoyed by my arrival as she sighed & told me to park so she could make it & bring it. After 10-15 minutes I realized it was never communicated what vehicle to find me in & started to wonder if my order was given to someone else by mistake, so I approached the building entrance to check on my order status. The doors were locked (during business hours) so naturally I turned around & walked back towards the vehicle. As I was walking back I noticed the lady coming out of the building with my order & from a distance I asked if that was the mobile order? She screamed “NO, and you can’t go in the building!” I identified myself in hopes that she would recognize the name from the order. She again screamed NO & told me not to try to go back inside again. I explained I’m the mobile order she’s holding. She screamed “NO, did you tell us at the speaker?!” So I explained that I actually did, was instructed to park, did park & wait a while. Then after it all dawned on her, she laughed, said “oh I’m sorrrrry” to which I replied “you should be, you were trippin.” She asked “are you psycho do you know what been going through?”
I walked away & refused to participate in whatever that was heading towards. I called the store to ask the manager to check that inaceptable behavior. Manager full on patronized by asking if I got her name (the only people in the building were the manager on the phone & the screaming lady from the parking lot. Concluded with the manager claiming she would pull audio & video recordings to review what was said.

First of all, the lobby was locked as there were only 2 employees in the building and to allow two senior citizens in would have created a "security breach." (Us old people are real scary.) We had to place our order through the drive-thru. Not knowing exactly what we wanted as we had a family gathering at home, we took time at the drive-thru and decided on a 16 piece and an 8 piece bucket, along with sides. We were told we'd have to wait 25 minutes because they didn't want to give all their chicken away to us since there were people in line behind us. I guess at this place it's not first come, first served. And the $100+ order was not important enough for them. Got it....message received loud and clear. We canceled our order and went elsewhere where we were treated with open arms and warm smiles. Never again, North Royalton KFC! You should be ashamed...
Read moreI ordered meals that were different from what I received. When I told the manager, all she said was , sorry, but no refunds, but I can give you an extra meal to make up for the mistake. Seriously? You took my money but refused to give me a refund ? Actually I paid with a card so there was no exchange of money just refund my card. The food I received looked like it sat out for hours, it was cold and to boot I was missing half my sides. I don't think all KFC's are like this because this is usually one of my favorites. Please stay away from KFC on Royalton Rd in North Royalton. The food- lousy, cold and tasteless The workers were constantly being yelled at AND the manager... mean to workers and customers.
