I am completely blown away by the care, attention to detail and thoughtfulness of this store and its owners. I’d followed Royalton Gifts on social media for awhile and my first visit did not disappoint. The store was an aesthetically pleasing wonderland of carefully curated treasures. From the displays to the products and even the shopping bags, everything had an extra touch that made for a great shopping experience. The customer service was also top-notch. The family members working in the store were so friendly and knowledgeable about all the items. I was also extremely impressed with their kindness and commitment to their community. I visited during their socially distant Eater bunny event. As a mom who’d missed out on a year of magical first photos with the bunny and Santa because of COVID, it made be so happy to finally have a picture of my little one in a safe environment. When you walk through the door into Royalton Gifts your eyes are drawn to all of the beautiful and fun displays. You will be greeted by mom and daughter team, owners Michelle and Sam who could not be friendlier or more helpful. If you need something to grab and go they will share their helpful ideas or guide you in the right direction. If you have time to stroll around the shop you will find so many treasures. Treasures for your friends and family and alot of treasures for yourself. When you checkout Sam or Michelle will wrap your purchases up securely and even offer to carry them to your car for you. You can see how much they love their shop, and they love each one of their customers. I recommend stopping by for the unique, fun, beautiful merchandise and leaving with a bag of gifts anyone would love, adorable seasonal decor for your home and warm feeling of being appreciated by this local business. Royalton Gifts is such a major asset to the North Royalton community! It’s not just the selection of items at this shops that make it special- it’s the people. The owners are always so kind and always have a smile on their face and a warm greeting when you walk in. My daughter loves to visit here and talks often about the best warm apple cider she ever had here (it was served in the fall at one of their fun themed fall events). They are always helpful in offering suggestions depending on the type of gift you’re looking for- and they are SUPER responsive if you see something on their social media that you want!
