Cleveland Craft Nook — Local services in North Royalton

I was a vendor just for the holidays. They do a sale after each holiday for 90% off. They said emails were sent to the vendors letting them know about the sale but I never received the emails. Once I realized they were practically giving my jewelry and other items away I contacted them immediately and let them know I did not want my items sold at 90% off they did it anyway. I would have removed my stuff but after I said I didn’t want things sold at 90% off I was getting reports of sales at full price. When I received my last check I was short over $400. Their excuse was the reports were wrong!! So vendors be ware. They can justify what they do or don’t do all day long. I didn’t get any emails about the sales and as soon as I was aware of what was going on and made it clear I didn’t want to participate in the 90% off, they pulled several pairs of inexpensive earrings off my display, so obviously they got my message. Yet they sold the more expensive items at 90% off anyway. Saw this little shop on my way to get my hair cut today and stopped in on the way home. All I can say is that I will never go to another craft show since I found this place. They have everything you could possibly ask for as far as handmade products are concerned and all crafters are the best I have seen anywhere. Being a crafter myself, I'm very picky and I was thoroughly impressed. I was told by the lady there that they will be getting Christmas items in the first of October. The Cleveland Craft Nook is an awesome small business and locally made store. It is truly a hidden gem! Everything on the shelves is made by local artists and small businesses. It's such a great feeling knowing that when shopping here you are supporting families rather than big box stores.
