Mr. Hero — Restaurant in North Royalton

Ordered online, was ready when I got there, food was good. I'm happy with it. I always stick to the roman burgers and wafer fries with cheese. It's one of those franchises that still tastes the same as when I was a kid. Prices are way too high to eat there often though, even with a discount it was still expensive, but can't blame them, that's everywhere now, but seriously look for coupons in the paper before going. The guy there was nice and friendly and this seams to be a clean location, didn't dine in but wouldn't hesitate to eat there. One negative is the Mr Hero App is awful, there should be an easier way to find your order. Next time I'll print the email I got so I don't have trouble finding the order...

Was there yesterday evening picking up an online order. After standing at the online order pickup for over 10 minutes and waiting for a total of 20 minutes and never being acknowledged that entire time. I inquire to the lady working if the order was being made. Her response is to begin yelling at me and acting like I wasn't standing patiently waiting for over 10 minutes and 20 minutes total.

I video record her acting like an entitled spoiled brat which she wasn't happy with. She then proceeded to go to the front door and attempt to lock me in. Police report filed. Next will file suit...

I can't believe how Incompetent the worker was that was working Friday 10/14/22. I placed an online order. When I went to get the order the worker said he didn't receive the order. I showed him on my phone that the order was placed and paid for. I asked him to check on his end to make sure he received the money. It showed coming out on my end. I tried to explain that I would tell him the order and wait. He said wouldn't understand and told me to call my bank. Just WOW. I couldn't believe he was so non...
