I previously had a poor delivery experience, HOWEVER, Kelly and her crew were EXTREMELY accommodating to my dad and myself (brain damage and cannot entirely function properly) when we went there for a pickup order. Not only did I put in the wrong date for my order and they made it on the spot, but they allowed me to stay there for two hours when my battery died and Kelly and her crew put in every effort to try to get me assistance and accommodate my father and myself. Let me use the bathroom and exhausted every resource they had at their disposal, including contacting NRPD (unable to serve anything but tickets it seems) and their personal contacts in order to help me get back on the road and get home and save me 2+ hours of walking to fetch my jumper cables. I cannot express my appreciation enough for the quality of food and the compassion, patience, and help that Kelly and her crew provided to me. As a customer service worker and altruist myself I simply cannot express my gratitude enough nor the hope and faith in humanity that their services reassured me of which seems to be fleeting in this bleak world. Words simply cannot express how appreciative I am of them going FAR beyond their job description to help not only a customer but a motorist in need. Thank you so, so much Kelly. I hope nothing but good fortune and karma comes the way for you, your crew, and your franchise. You all more than deserve...
Read moreTerrible experience online trough the app, I ordered @ 11:18 expecting 30-40 min delivery time because my lunch is at 12:00. At 11:50 the "track my pizza" in the app said delivered so I went outside( by the guard where they deliver) and no one was there so I called and the lady on the phone said he just left - it was 11:54. Ok whatever maybe a glitch in the app. It's now 12:27 and no food still and my lunch ends at 12:30. I called a second time and the lady said oh he just let, and sort've said well I can give u free pizza just call in next time and remind me, then hung up. No name, still no food and I will NEVER order from here again and I LOVE Papa Johns, so does all 75 ppl at the office. Not anymore...
Read moreSeriously every time I've ordered there has been an issue. First time I ordered "the works" for lunch, got back to work and it was anchovies !!! Called and the manager was like " I guess we can make you another one." Are you kidding me ?!?! Second time the kid taking my order and hung up on me. So I called back and the manager proceeded to SCREAM at the employee while I was still on the phone so I heard everything. Extremely unprofessional !! And the third and FINAL time which happens to be today, is the reason I give it one star. Honestly I'd give it ZERO if I could. Placed my order and they lost it. Seriously get your act together.
