Pizza Hut — Restaurant in North Royalton

Never again will i order from this location. Hours online is listed open till 11:30 on a saturday night. So we placed a order online around 10pm. Said delivery in 25-35 mins. Waited and waited. So i call the store and the worker says he has no drivers and hungup. I called right back and same guy tells me they are closed and if i wanted the order to come pick it up with no charge.

So my gfs daughter went to pick it up and he tells her she needs to pay the amount. Then he lowers the price. She calls me and the worker talks to me saying he never said it was no charge. He then tells me he cant do any transactions because the system is closed. And tells me they close at 11pm.

After few more mins he gives us the food for no charge. Ok cool no problem because that was what i was told from the start. He even threw in another pizza for us.

We get back home and it wasnt even the right order. Everything was disgusting, cold, hard and soggy.

I will never order pizza from this location again. From the rude service we got to the awful food never again will they get...

When we went to pick up the order, the guy at the counter literally greeted us by saying “yeah?” And after we told him our name he said “it’s coming” and walked away.. he was the only person there. We waited 45 minutes for our order to be finished and I get it if you’re busy, but when we got our order it was completely wrong. We just took it because at that point we weren’t waiting for another hour to get our food, but it was soooo poorly made that it ended up being inedible. The bbq chicken pizza was so drowned in bbq that I couldn’t even pick the slice up. I had to attempt to eat it with a fork and knife and I ended up realizing there was actually marinara sauce on the pizza and the guy just smothered it in bbq to try to cover that. We had originally ordered two of the new 6.99 personal pan boxes and he obviously had no idea what that was because it wasn’t what we received and we were missing one...

The order placed with this Pizza Hut location was not fulfilled. We showed up to pick it up and the location did not have our pizza and was in final stages of closing. The order was placed at 10:45 on a Saturday night. We received confirmation of the order as well as the app stating that the order was ready for pick-up. The cashier told us that we should dispute the charge with our bank. I requested a refund and the cashier did not know how to do one nor was there any other staff on hand who knew how. I requested a credit for a free pizza for future. We paid $12.99. We got a $10 credit and were told to come back the next day to speak with a manager. I will follow up with this restaurant.
