Pretty much have never had a positive experience at this location. I never leave negative reviews but today was the last staw. I said at the speaker that I had 2 mobile orders. After I said the first order #, the employee said the second order # for me, and I confirmed that was correct. Once I got to the window, they claimed they had no order with that number. I was accused of not saying the order # at the speaker and then was accused of not even placing an order. Even after showing my phone screen, they still claimed I never put in the order. After some scrambling around, they finally found it. I would have appreciated an apology instead of them acting like it was my fault. I'm attaching my receipt as proof that they did receive my order and payment on the app. I also was given a dr.pepper instead of a diet coke, and I asked for extra sauce on my chicken sandwich and was given even less than normal. Only thing edible from the order was the fries. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Ever since I moved to Woonsocket. This McDonalds has been disappointing me. It be taking them 10-40 minutes to bring me my food every single time I go there. After going to this McDonald's several times now since October 2022, I can confidently say this is an excellent McDonald's. This location is actually the only one I go to now. The food is always hot. The fries are always fresh. If you ask them to make you fresh fries they will and they are very nice about it too. You dont have to do that viral thing and ask for no salt, just ask for them fresh(at this location they are always fresh it seems) They have only forgotten something in an order of mine one time and they were very busy. They fixed the issue immediately as well despite a line inside and at the drive thru. The staff are always friendly. Not once have I experienced someone rude , which yall know is unfortunately not the case for most FF establishments. I've ordered inside, at the drive thru and through the app. The service is equally great no matter which I use. The attention to detail is also equal no matter how I order. Today they were very busy but I still received my food within the time estimate on the app. They included each condiment I requested as well as the napkins and fork. As always, the food was hot, delicious and made exactly as I ordered it. Everyone was working very hard; there was even one person constantly cleaning inside/around dining areas. Today's date is 2/5/2023. I went in at lunch time(1230-1). Thank you N Smithfield McDonald's. After a long and early morning, you made eating something for lunch after work quick, easy and delicious. As a former employee to McDonald’s, (not this particular one), I understand the need to keep lines moving. I also understand that it’s more important to be polite and respectful towards customers especially those who need specific information added to their orders. I went through the drive through line with two other passengers as witness in my car and our order totaled out to about $24 and I wanted to make sure everything was placed correctly and after less then 10 seconds after receiving the food all thrown in one bag (fries upside down on top of the burgers I was checking) she told me, not asked, told me to leave line because she had a line after being incredibly rude. Not only was she rude on the speaker in the drive thru and disrespectful while I was ordering enough to huff and make someone else take the order when she kept putting it in wrong and overcharging me, but also when I got to the window, she was even more rude in person. Her name is Anastasia and I even went back to ask the manager on duty Sherry (if that’s the correct spelling) to rectify the situation because as a manager you should not be allowing employees to be disrespectful to customers who haven’t done or said anything wrong and she sweetly said I could write this review! I wouldn’t have been as bothered as I was until she legitimately told me to leave line while checking my food. Overall, I believe she needs to be taught correct manners and customer service skills. Hopefully she’ll learn from her bad attitude...

Shrinkflation! Their 'premium' spicy chicken sandwich- the fillet hardly filled the bun They had something good going a year ago with their chicken sandwiches, now they are cheaping out and charging the same if not more. 10 DOLLARS for this anemic sandwich and modest amount of fries and a soda. Chicken looked overdone and was a bit rubbery. Fries needed salt...had no idea it would need it because they are usually well salted...so I didn't ask for extra salt. Doesn't make a difference anyway, you have to salt them correctly while they are HOT. The guy who served me looked like he could be the manager (middle aged with the button shirt and slacks managers usually wear). When he served me he tosses down the open bag while looking and walking toward the next customer. Gee, if you're going to charge this much, at least give me some eye contact when you serve me...a little customer service goes a long way. I remember when Wide World Of Sports had the guy crashing while ski jumping made us see and feel what 'agony of defeat' was. This experience made me see and TASTE what it was.

Stop patronizing these fast food chains and go to mom and pop places. These chains don't...
