If I could give negative stars I would. They remade my baconator combos which cost me more than $26 for the two combos 5 times!!!!! 3 times through the drive thru and twice in the store where the manager on duty put enough mustard to make 10 sandwiches after 3 times putting mayo which I told them each time I could NOT eat for medical reasons. When I went in the store the "manager" on duty was standing in a group with two other female employees talking about customer derrogatively even though the line in the drive thru wrapped around the building. The "manager" on duty was the rudest, most ignorant and disrespectful person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He accused me of trying to get free food which couldn't be further from the truth since I gave him back each baconator until he gave me back a whopping $7 and change when all i wanted was a baconator with ketchup and mustard no mayo. The only decent employee there was a young man with a gray hoodie on (not one employee had a name tag) who made the first and second sandwiches that he told me were entered wrong first by the cashier and then the "manager " and apologized for the error and was the only nice one there. The manager tried to tell us that there was only one piece of bacon on a baconator and tried to.pass off the double cheese burger from the biggie bag as a baconator even though we have bought baconator combo many times before. The rude woman over the intercom refused to do two orders for the both of in the car (we bought the 3 kids McDonald's which is where I should have bought from since it was hot, fresh and correct and we were treated like valued customers). When returning after we discovered the errors in our baconator combos for the first time the employee (a woman) over the speaker advised us that they were unable to take anything other than cash because their system was down which has happened on numerous occasions previously at this location. I also tried calling the corporate office and waited on hold for more than 22 minutes after which time the foreign representative claimed that she could not hear me and disconnected the call. The manager was also not wearing gloves on ready to eat food which is required by law by the state of ri. Run don't walk away from...
Read moreI will start by saying the young lady who was working the dining room register, gets 5 stars from me. Not only was she handling the people inside, but door dash orders also. She kept apologizing to the customer in front of me, the couple and their kids behind me and also myself because the wait was ridiculous, could tell she was overwhelmed from lack of help (and in my opinion, she probably would have breezed right through the diner line if there was not a million employees standing around laughing and talking with eachother!) . I felt awful for her, not only did her 'co-workers' completely ignore her (she literally had to ask for fries 4 times for the customers order before me) but they also paid no mind to any of us in line waiting..... The Group yes GROUP of about 5 of them just continued talking amongst themselves, laughing and having a grand old time, standing at the fry station. I stood in line for a little over 20 minutes, and the entire time there was only 1 customer before me. Never saw a manager once, no one seemed to be in charge or care besides that one girl... Finally got my food.. to get home and open the bag to find a small fry, not even half full, and a junior bacon that had 1 small piece of bacon on it and looked anything but appetizing, I didn't even eat the thing!
To see customers in line.. waiting, And a co-worker that needs help, and not 1 of the 5 people at the fry station did anything just go about a conversation and laughing away. Truly disgusted.
I previously worked at Wendy's in Ashtabula, Ohio, I've never seen anything like it. I really just could not believe the situation, ( 5 people crowding a fry station, not paying attention, goofing around isn't safe) Fun and conversation at the work place, is fine ... But you wait until there are no customers, and especially none in the dining room! Your getting paid for a...
Read moreVery find of Wendy's, but just had worst experience ever. N.Smithfield locations - went inside to order; big mistake. Wait time over 20 min - staff moving in slow motion, kitchen area & floors were a mess. Staff personable but lacked focus, had to repeat order several times and still had to correct them. Lots of socialization going on, but 3 feet away from each other, little discussion regarding orders. Receipt not passed from irder register to person putting the order together, and subsequently, didn't get a receipt! Simple order 1 single combo, one kids cheeseburger. Items not bagged together, fries cold, and no cup for drink. While waiting in line to order, a worker repeatedly walked by in front of me, never once acknowledging me or excusing themselves - quite rude, on the other hand, she was one of the few miving fast!
No apparent supervision - whiteboard in kitchen says - "Good work everyone, we need good reviews"
Not today folks!! Not even close - not fast food, and no appreciation for business. Won't return to this...
