i been to this specific store multiple times recently and the actions i seen being taken in the store is truly ridiculous, one day in the store the manager of the store person in charge (zack) i believe is his name chased a employee out the store spraying her with a water hose than proceeded to basically drag her back in the building, while it was lunch rush, the staff in the building donât seem to have respect for their customers just last monday i was in there the lady that was baking and came up to do drinks came up to another employee and started a argument with her than proceeded to walk out the building without telling anyone cause the manager also ran out for her, once he came back he pulled multiple employees while there was a decent line but no rush, but than the employee that the girl started the argument left the building as well âquittingâ while crying because she was accused of bullying? in my witness i donât understand while one employee had to leave because one has to start arguing for what? itâs truly sad to see honestly and i really think a HR manager can see this and take action towards the store supervise it or something because it canât be right. this...
   Read moreWaited in long for 10-15 minutes because this location never seems to have people working to accommodate for their stores traffic, especially in the morning. Did a mobile order pickup, finally got my food and got to work and they didnât put all my food in the bag. There is a phone number listen but no one answers it so you canât speak to anyone at the location. Hashbrowns and bagels is all I got and somehow couldnât make it all into my bag. Have to call customer service in order to speak to someone and now have to wait 5-14 business days to get a refund for the food they didnât put in the bag. Completely ridiculous. Donât list a phone number to call your store if itâs either not going to be answered or itâs for something else since all it did was ask for an access code. Hire people so you can actually best serve your customers on their way to work in the morning. And the store should have to issue an immediate refund, not make someone wait up to two weeks for their money. Worst location I have...
   Read moreArrived at 10am (so not prime rush time). Two guys were in front of me who looked like they were waiting on their order. I went to use men's room and then came back and they were still waiting. Two women were visible who were taking and processing orders for drive thru. After several more minutes, the shift leader came from back and waiting on the two gentlemen in front of me. They ordered several beverages, a dozen donuts and a sandwich. She got their drinks and donuts then had to go in back and make sandwich. Once the drive thru line was gone, one of the other women cane over to take my order, and as I was ordering, shift leader came back, made me stop order and moved her over to other register, made me move to that register, the took someone else's order.
This location is poorly staffed and/or led. Franchisee needs to wake up and either hire more or much better staff. Won't go here again. Will drive extra distance...
