I come to this location almost daily and order a Large Pomegranate Blueberry Refresher with no ice. I have never had an issue and been treated so poorly until this evening. The drive thru cashier purposely did not fill my cup up. When I asked her if she could fill my cup up she said she couldn't because I asked for no ice. I told her I'll pay extra if needed and offered my debit card and she still told me she couldn't do it because they don't have a way to ring that up. I was so shocked so I asked for a refund. She then said she would take a dollar to fill it up. I am so disturbed that this occurred at a place I have never had an issue at and really loved going to just about every day. My feelings are hurt because I have been a faithful regular customer with them and now I feel uncomfortable to even go there now as that was my favorite and only drink that I would always get. What is so disappointing is that out of all the times I have gotten this drink and told them I didn't want ice I have never been treated this way or told what she told me. I am more shocked that she 1st said she couldn't let me pay extra for "filling" my Large cup up. It's even more sad that it costs $4.48 (almost $5 for a large drink) and she felt it fair and ok to not fill my Large drink up. Then her lying like that and then turning around and making up a price to charge me just to fill my cup up was the most disheartening thing of all. I was told that I shouldn't let what happened bother me, but it is just impossible for me to forget what transpired at my favorite spot where I get my favorite drink because it changes how I view this location. I have never had this happen to me in the mornings with the morning staff. Because of this experience I will never go back to this location again. Read moreOur family has been eating Dunkin Donuts for over 40yrs. We have always had good service & great donuts until trying the donuts at the Whiting In location. Tonight my husband wanted some french crullers so i went thru the drive thru (which is the only thing open after 11) i thought the speaker was not working well because i could not understand the girl. I placed my order & drove around. The girl looked lifeless saying something i could not understand so i said"iam sorry i dont understand you" she said 5.89 without moving her mouth. She was a mumbler i dont know if its because she has one of those things in her mouth or her teeth wired shut. Very bad personal to represent your business but if that was the only problem. I got home to find we had 6 very hard stale crullers that also tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil. What happened to fresh every 4 hours? What happened to pride in your business? Read moreI went in last month to purchase a Cappuccino Blast. There was a sign right next to the intercom stating the medium Blast was $5. It was my mistake for not checking what I was charged because when I checked my receipt it said I was charged $6 and some change. I called the manager & told her about the incident. While she was polite, but she was incompetent because she said she would take the sign down because it was a mistake. She said I could bring in my receipt but that she was sorry. I did not want to return for the $1 they overcharged me for. I figured she would take the sign down but when I went back the next day the sign was still up. I ordered a Blast again & they said they were not on sale. When I asked why the sign was still up, she said the manager didn't see a sign!. It was not stuck to their grass it was by the intercom! How many brains does it take to figure out that the sign was still up? Sign was literally 2 feet further down. RIDICULOUS!!!
