If you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like an inconvenience, then by all means, visit this Dunkin' location. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Despite being open for business, they routinely lock their front door during operating hours. Yes, you read that correctly—they lock the door while they’re supposed to be serving customers. It’s beyond frustrating to pull up, see employees inside, and yet be denied entry like some unwelcome intruder. The sheer idiocy of this policy is mind-blowing. Not only is it unprofessional, but they’re actively turning away paying customers—people who actually want to spend their money here!

A business that refuses to let customers in doesn’t deserve customers at all. If this location is trying to fail, they’re doing a fantastic job.

Steer clear of this Dunkin’ and take your hard-earned money elsewhere. Plenty of other locations understand the basic concept of keeping their doors open for business. This one? Not...

I went through the drive through and ordered two meals made the exact same. During the order, the person made me feel very rushed (despite there being no one in front or behind me and maybe one or two cars parked outside). After I had finished my order, all she said was “okay, yeah I got it” and nothing else. She did not repeat my order back or tell me to pull around, so I asked “that was everything” and she just repeated her comment and again more silence. Eventually, I just pulled around, paid, and got my drinks. But while waiting for my food I wanted to check if she got my drinks right but they didn’t have any tags that would tell me what was in them, and on top of that I was never given my receipt. The food inside the bag was also just tossed in there with no paper around it and drinks were okay but with no way to check the order was...

I do mobile orders. I do my best not to go to this location because the blonde head lady in here. She's beyond rude and has attitude towards me. I can't even get I'm here to pick order for pull up to window. Then I get to window she's yelling at the workers inside because someone at night didn't do what they was supposed to do. I will go out my way to go to another dunkin. the lady working driving through is always sweet and also the man they have in the early hours. They are very nice. But the one lady makes me feel so uncomfortable because I'm bothering...
