McDonald's — Restaurant in North Township

I went to this McDonalds for breakfast this morning and my order total was approximately $5.50. i get to the first window and the girl says 2 mcmuffins no cheese and hashbrowns. She then charges me for the wrong order at $15.59, which is the car behind me. i catch this at the second window at which time i give the receipt and my card for a refund to the worker. they come back with $6 for my refund as they state they cannot refund my card. i tell them that this is incorrect that they owe me more because my order was only $5.50... They then come back and give me a couple dollars more, totalling $8. im so annoyed at this point and i have to get to work.. i just say F it because it is taking way to long for them to figure out.

Please hire some employees and managers that know how to do math with or without a calculator and can figure out that $15.59 - $5.50 is not $8, so you dont cheat your future customers out of the full amount of the refund they are...

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. There was only one car in front of me and all I ordered was a sweet tea. Took 20 mins. The Car in front of me looked like they were doing a drug exchange through the window. Once it was finally my turn to get my $2 order the guy didn’t even know what I had and I reminded him. Then a new guy comes up and asks and I explain again, “Large Sweet Tea easy ice” and he gives me a small cup with hella nice. I politely said I’m so sorry that was actually a large sweet tea easy ice and I’m not trying to make your job any harder. He literally shouts to all of his coworkers “Y’all she tryna make me make it from scratch and starts laughing.” He fills the large cup with Sweet Tea messily and adds so much ice. We went through the drive thru, and was asked to pull over and wait in a certain parking spot. We ended up sitting there for almost 25 minutes waiting for our order. When we finally got our order, it was supposed to have 2 McChicken sandwiches. What they put in our bag was one spicy chicken and one regular chicken. Our food was already getting cold since we had to wait for it. It seemed as though, the employees had orders mixed up and just continued taking other orders. Which was continuing to mix up even more orders. There was 2 cats infront of us. One was a pregnant woman waiting to get the correct items ordered. The other one was a small family, and I have no idea what was wrong with their order or what they had to wait for. But we left before. Worst service I've ever had from the times...
