Subway — Restaurant in North Township

First time we had been to this location, but thoroughly enjoyed it. Me and my boyfriend went on to get a cold dinner. It had been hot out, so those days, we prefer cold sandwiches for dinner.

We went in, not busy, so it was nice. Hadn't been to a subway in a while, as I don't really like the bread options lately. Had a turkey cali club sandwich of some kind. Avocado was fresh, which is always a plus. Sandwich was good acme the boyfriend always gets the tuna salad. Always.

Girls working we're hilarious to interact with. Me and Jimmy, the boyfriend, always pick on each other and give each other a hard time. The girls were laughing at us and enjoyed us being there. While they made our experience enjoyable, we made them laugh and they told us we needed a reality show. Lol.

This location is close to our house, so we'll definitely be back. Just hope who ever is working is as enjoyable as the 2 women working the...

I don’t do this write bad reviews but I placed an online order and it was wrong it was not toasted nor did it have cheese no big deal i called asking to have it remade, I cannot eat cold deli meat I explained & since I was on lunch I asked for it to be remade since im on a time crunch she said I had to bring the sandwich back in first. I was going to do that anyways but I just wanted to be in and out! I went in and the lady went above to try to prove she was right, she made the sandwich correctly, I get it were all human we make mistakes it just this was extremely rude of her the sandwich was made Wrong! for her to remake it it was like a hassle for her like she wasn’t on the job. Attitude was presented & when she handed me the sandwich she was like “ if you wanted it extra toasted put it in online the owner did not want me to remake this...

Use the app to make a purchase for me and 2 other people thats in the hospital with me....to my surprise a manager called and said "I c u ordered 3 footlongs toasted.....and I said yeah I did whats the problem! The toaster is out of order, so I asked are they compensating for this she said she would call bk but never did. So after 15min I called back and of course they said it couldn't be done. I already paid for it on the app, its being picked up by someone, im in the hospital so besides that I got the wrong drink...its seltzer water that supposed to be cola! And the cookies tasted like ¥×#‐^¤%^*! So. ..... its safe to say the customer service is nothing short of a dying...
