Wow⌠Went there today July 4th 2022 and the entire town was packed for Parade and Fireworks. The Manager on duty exceeded our expectations. The Lobby was packed and dozens of people were carrying pizzas walking down every street. I imagined it would take at least an hour to get a pizza or possibly they were sold out as most restaurants are these days. The manager was directing his staff and consumers as if he was a symphony director as if this was his passion, his time to shine. When I was told 25 min wait for our pizza, I thought no way possible but as he stated it was hot and ready in 25 min. This continued for for 4 long hours as hundreds quite possibly over a thousand people ordered pizzas throughout the evening. I canât imagine the preparation and forethought it took to pull this off. It brings great joy to see people striving to serve others, and no greater day than INDEPENDENCE DAY. We are called to serve and to put others before ourself and this entire staff set a perfect example of what that looks like! I just wanted to brag on them and say GREAT JOB serving your community today!!! God...
Read moreI've got to say that locally Domino's is far and away my favorite pizza. Having worked a rival company for 2 1/2 years I understand the problems that arise when people call in. People get upset when they are placed on hold, hang up and call again. This only adds to the problems encountered. I sometimes don't understand the reasoning behind something's that I've encountered in the past, (as an example, why a large 5 topping special for $9.99 cannot include a bbq chicken pizza). Not understanding doesn't take away from a great product at all. The toppings aren't able to be hidden under a piece of cheese. There are always plenty of the toppings that you order and the crust must be made fresh, I'm meaning spread onto pan as ordered. This allows the crust to rise and keeps crust very flavorful. The rival pizza maker that I used to work for, (near the old mall), when they had idle time they made up to 20 crusts and placed them in a rack. They would barely rise after sitting on racks for extended time they would lose flavor also. I'm always happy to take...
Read moreThis restaurant calls the cops on their costumers after they burn their pizza for the 20th time and they were asked not to before they made it The delivery driver had brought us our pizza. We checked it. It was burnt. He said he would take it back to the store and have it taken care of. We waited over an hour. Had to go back to the store. Prove our point. Ask our money back nicely. Guy didn't want to replace the pizza. Didn't want to give us our money back neither neither one and then he calls the cops and the cop even said the pizza was burnt and the cop actually got us our money back for the pizza. The manager didn't like it and he banned my husband and I from ever being able to eat at Domino's again. We love their food but these people that work at this restaurant are horrible and if you want your money back and it was their mess up. Good luck we have Y'all started eating at Pizza Hut and it's way better. Better service. Better food...
