Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Northampton

Went to my friends birthday party for her daughters 5th birthday. The party room was dirty with dead bugs on the floor. The bathroom had no soap, I wonder wear the WORKERS are washing there hands??? Not once when I was there did the employees come in and help with the guests or do anything one would expect when a party is booked in advance . If anything was needed my friend had to wait in line with everyone else who just stopped in for an Italian ice. To top that off the Ritas ice man didn't come to the party when planned and when they did show up it was in the middle of miniature golf part of the party for a 5 min picture session and left.$24 gratuity was for nothing all they did was scoope the Italian ice, we served it and cleaned up. I come here a decent amount. Usually great service, and good products. Tonight my son dropped his spoon on the ground outside, and I waited by a window for 5 minutes while Mackenzie or whatever the hell her name was walked passed that very window several times. She was more concerned with her friends who just showed up, than taking literally 5 seconds to give me a spoon. Typical, but frustrating. The brunette (I can't remember her name) deserves a raise.
