Dunkin' — Restaurant in Northfield Township

Like many other reviews, i must agree that the employees here are stupendously incompetent. One morning i ordered donuts and coffee through the drive thru only to have the employee drop the donuts in a puddle and still continue to charge me for them while refusing to give me fresh ones. So i paid $5 for a large iced caramel coffee that tasted like caramel infused water. Unfortunately, the next morning I left the house late and couldn't make myself breakfast so being the only place in route, i reluctantly pulled into the drive through. I ordered my usual coffee... large iced caramel coffee no cream or sugar.... and was planning on ordering a bagel when the woman taking orders decided i was done. I wasnt even done telling her how i like my coffee before she barked at me "ok, pull around." Sitting there with my mouth wide open and in a massive state of confusion, i repeated "excuse me can i finish my order please" to no prevail. At the window i tried correcting them since they handed me a coffee that looked like straight milk. Again to prevail. Curse this dunkin donuts and their lack...

Went twice to this branch of Dunkin Donuts today- for drive thru. Jessica has been very rude in both trips. During the first visit, I just asked for a cup holder, and she immediately made a face and acted annoyed by the request. I just let it pass. The second time I came, I requested to change the meat of my order when I was about to pay. Again to my surprise, Jessica started banging the oven doors, making face and acted mad.. This time I had to speak up and talked to Emilia who is the one getting my payment. After paying, while waiting for my order, Emilia closed the drive thru window and I see both of them laughing and acted as if they didn’t upset a customer. I know these are young students but somebody should teach them proper customer service. They should be taught to be more polite, kind and accomodating to...

This will be the last time I visit this particular location. The last 4 visits in the drive thru have been a mistake. I always order an XL extra charged hot coffee with 5 cream 7 sugar. Every single time, they’ve gotten it completely wrong. I’m given an XL original blend with 5 cream and 5 sugar. I also order it with a bit of ice and it always seems like it’s nearly cold enough to be an iced coffee. I never complained to them as I felt they’re busy and just made a mistake once or twice. Today was the fourth time they’ve done this. It’s unfortunate seeing as how this location was on my way to work. I’ll go out of my way to the next closest location on Willow Rd. They always get my...
