I decided to stop at this location today because it was on my way to where I was headed. The morning order was very simple: 2 drinks, a bacon, sausage, and egg burritos, and a blueberry oatmeal. The drinks were perfect, as for the burrito and oatmeal that was a completely different story. The burrito was separated into three sections: the top was only egg, the middle only had sausage/bacon and the bottom was filled with potato. The oatmeal (thankfully I opened as the car stopped) was a bowl of milk. Immediately I called to explain the situation and a spoke with a manager by the name of Nathan who said he would put a note to refund our complete order for the next time we came in. It happened to be, we returned for lunch. Once again a simple order 2 cold drinks, a coffee & two sandwiches. Once we got to the window we were informed that they couldn’t refund the entire order from earlier but they’ll do the 2 sandwiches. Once we received our drinks and food, I wasn’t informed that a stopper wasn’t on the burning hot coffee. So as I drove off, it spilled all over my arm. Now, of course we had to go back to request for a stopper which was absolutely ridiculous. About 10 minutes later, I went to grab my sandwich and the bottom portion of the bag ripped open and the sandwich fell all over the seat and stained my car. Just my luck. Read moreThis location has by far the worst customer service. I am never to complain, every one has a bad day. My colleague and I got coffee through the drive through. My colleague requested cold brew with a pump of vanilla. The store was out of cold brew. So asked for an iced coffee with a pump of vanilla. After tasting the coffee, it tasted like water with syrup. Not coffee. We went inside to ask for the drink to be remade. The barista was very rude and slammed containers down while making the new drink. Shoved it in front of my colleague and dismissed any follow up conversation. The drink was still the same. My colleague ended up tossing the drink and refused another encounter. I am a 12 year Starbucks Gold Member and never have experienced such an incident. And my colleague mentioned this isnt the first time. It is appalling to me that such customer service at a reputable place...

I ordered the Sausage Bacon Egg White Wrap. But they gave me a sandwich with only bacon and eggs. When I said there was no sausage and only bacon, the male employee with curly hair and glasses said ignoringly, saying, “I will give you another because you touched it. I spoke as if I had made a rather big mistake. When I received it made again, the first thing I gave was something other than what I ordered. Even though they gave me something completely different from what I ordered, there was no word of apology. I asked the name of the curly-haired man with glasses, but he didn't answer.
