Best Food In Town — Restaurant in Northfield

Used to love this place.. quality has dropped over the years and ever since covid i think i worry more about cross contamination than ever b4.. there's no sense of hand washing.. dirty dishes and pans.. no gloves or washing hands. saw employees holding their phones coming from the outside and just going straight to cooking.. come at your own risk.. ive seem employees sneeze into their hands or out to the side of them and continue making food.. its not sanitary at all and idk how they pass the health inspection.. oil and grease are everywhere dust on the oven huds.. ive also ordered spare ribs and they were ice cold. I've bought rice from them as well and the rice was old rice from their walk in fridge. rice should never be kept in the fridge.. it begins collecting bacteria...

The owner flat out lied to me. I called about a mistakenly canceled order with Uber (canceled less than one min after placed) that I was still charged for. I asked if I could still buy the food and even pay any remaining balance and pick it up. The owner said they don't receive money for a canceled order. Uber said they do. They did not even attempt to help and now just have $50 of my money. I was told next time use a credit card so I can file a dispute. I was willing to just buy my food I paid for and they refused. Used to be the best food in town. Sorry to say ordered last night it was horrible. Boneless ribs? There wasnt any meat either. All fat. The General chicken may have had some chicken but mostly overcooked tempura batter with something i think was meat but couldnt tell.
