Had to change my review due to recent events. Honestly, I can't even believe it got to this point. But I actually had to call CORPORATE due to how bad the service was.
A few weeks ago I ordered a breakfast sandwich and went to pick it up. On my way it said my order was canceled. I got confused as it was not 11 yet so I thought it was some sort of mistake.
Nope, turns out this mcdonalds decided to go against policy and end breakfast early. Which was a huge waste of my time.
Then today almost spent an hour in curbside pick up waiting for my wife's food. And if that's not bad enough, I go in to try to place an order via kiosk, the kiosk decides not to work.
So I have to stand in line. And as me and a few other customers are waiting, the crew proceeds to blatantly ignore us, looking at us but focusing on the drive thru only instead.
Like, what's the point of having a register open if no one is there to use it? And why have two when you barely ever use the one as it is?
This place is a miserable excuse for a mcdonalds. Never gets my order right and horrible customer service. I'd suggest going to lakeville, apple valley or faribault if you want good customer service and good food!!
Edit to clarify: not all employees are bad, there are at least 2 I see that actually do a decent job. It's the rest that are the issue. I miss the old...

UPDATE: thought it was time to update this review since we've lived here three years now. And maybe one in every ten orders that we have made has been correct. The food's either cold, put together wrong, stuff is forgotten, etc. And you can forget being compensated for having to drive all the way back up there to get whatever was wrong or forgotten in the order.... Other than an 'I'm sorry we're only human.' I was only human when I worked at McDonald's too and it wasn't all automated like it is now....but I double and triple checked to make sure those bags going out the door had the correct order inside of them EVERY TIME to prevent disgruntled customers! Duh 🙄 to the mgr who thinks that's acceptable! I've had so many incidences with poor customer service, poor food quality and just downright rude employees I will drive to Faribault to get my food if I really want McDonald's, but then I might as well go to Burger King since I drove all that way huh lol Edited to add: and one of my 10pc nuggets only had 9....to the ad for a job there placed in my bag to "Work somewhere ICONIC"...... 😝 Iconically famous for f-ing up orders, yeah.. Read more4-3-23 WOW,,,UPDATE. I work in town and have 30 minutes dinner. First, no one would answer as I sat at the order board, yet they helped someone AFTER me that drove into the other lane. They we waited over 23minutes!! When I got up to the window, I already paid as my number is on the app I have, I asked Jon what is the hold up? He checked and came back saying someone ordered something else when at the second window. I said, "Then why don't they have him PULL AHEAD and go in those spots!! I said it's so unfair, and I only ordered a soda and small fries. My fish sandwich was with my rewards. I FINALLY get up there for them to just give me my soda and fish sandwich. I asked where my fries were and he said "you didn't order them". I said "well I did, but I'm not going to hold up the people behind me to argue with you"!! I got back to work with 3 minutes left on my dinner time!! HOWEVER, I absolutely still like the morning crew and people.
Love McDonald's oatmeal and Carmel Mocha. Live right near there so quick stop in the morning on my way to work. Tanya and Mike are fantastic!! Only issue I have is with their rewards program as I buy Carmel hot Mocha ever day and get points but I can not USE the points to get a free Carmel...
