I'm sure this is not going to happen again, but if I don't leave constructive criticism, the problem can't be fixed... the order taker in the drive through either can't hear or the drive through speaker does not work. I had confirm every part of my order 2 times because it was repeated back incorrectly only to get to the drive through and I was charged incorrectly for the still incorrect items. No attempt was made to correct it at the window. I paid and drove ahead to keep things moving. I was extremely upset because I am willing to wait for great food which i always get at your Culvers. I quietly walked into the store and left my order on the counter and told the young man my order was wrong, here Is your food back and left because I need to get to where I am going. I don't need a refund for the food I gave back. Please fix the drive through speaker or make it easier for the order taker to do his job and empower the window people...
Read moreAmazing. Beautiful day out ladybug season so the windows were covered in sun rays blue skies and ladybugs galore. The inside was neat clean and smelled amazing these little girls were ahead of me ordering custard with these free coupons they had clipped. It was the sweetest thing and made me feel at home immediately. The guy who waited on us was just amazing and very cheerful and polite. The food was just delicious hot scrumptious. I was very pleased with every single moment of my stay and my meal. My husband and I are a interracial couple and while that shouldn’t matter it sorta does most places out this way. I didn’t feel like we stood out here. We were greeted and treated the same as everyone else. It felt amazing. I’m glad to of had such an awesome experience. Thank you guys. Read moreAs my local Culver's, I've tried and tried and tried to give this a chance, but they always seem to manage to forget something in an order or to cook something wrong (like burnt onion rings).
Tonight I stopped in to get a small Oreo Concrete Mixer. I just wanted a treat in the midst of a long work day. I was watching my order on the screen and eventually it just disappeared. I waited around for 15 minutes and ultimately gave up when it became clear I wouldn't get my order. I asked for a refund, which they eventually sorted out, but it took 3 employees to do it.
It just doesn't seem worth the effort to try to get food from them.
Also, when dining in, it's often raucus and the tables have garbage and food waste on them. It just leaves you feeling grossed out.
It's a Culver's so there is a lot of potential - this one just seems to have some major kinks...
