It pains me to write this but it needs to be said. Used-A-Bit use to have amazing items at a fair price but something has changed. Their prices in many instances rival eBay prices.
It is a thrift store that is turning slowly into a museum of items that will never sell at asking even with a 30% discount the prices have become outrageous. I don’t know what changed, I understand that it is ran by volunteers but a standard operating procedure on how things are priced needs to be created.
It almost seems like items are searched on EBay and what ever price is seen is what is put, like they don’t even sort it to what has sold just “oh this is on eBay for $39.99 so I’ll just put that as the price” way of thinking. I use to love coming here but now...
