Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Northfield

I normally would let it go, but this is my third bad experience in the last three weeks. Ordered and iced cold press and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Took about 5 minutes to get the cold press. Then there was now cream on the condiment bar. Asked the girl behind the counter for cream, to which she said, “Ok,” and went about her business. After 5 minutes of staring at her, I asked her coworker, who also said, “OK.” Waited another 2 minutes for a bottle of half and half.

I received my bagel 20 minutes after I ordered it. It was not cut in half, and not toasted. It felt like they microwaved it. Who serves a bagel unsliced? I know Northfield is not NYC,...

Well hate to change my rating but the order online always gets misread... I can't even guess now how many times my toppings were wrong which is especially frustrating when you pay for extra, how much these drink are, and makes you wonder if anything else was missed... at this point the employees should be retrained because I've complained a few times and I'm always ordering and constantly getting this mistake almost everytime... all they have to do is read the slip! Pretty soon I'm gonna stop coming in because its more frustrating than enjoyable to walk in and be a bad guy...

I've been going to this Caribou for a few months now, maybe once or twice a week getting the same order. Always get my drink fast and very well made. Super consistent and tasty every time! The baristas are very friendly as well. I went in today and the barista making my drink had it finished before I was even done paying! Only thing I can say is sometimes I have to stir the flavoring syrup in a bit more but that's a very minor con compared to all the pros. Would...
