Spill the Tea Boba — Restaurant in Northglenn

I asked for their bubble waffle in a cone form which I had been told by another manager to do for the next times, they did not want to until we had to tell them just charge as if you were to give it with ice cream then the manager rudely said when giving me my bubble waffle I’ll talk to the owner but respect my employees, I never disrespected the employees or her , she was definitely rude, I mean seriously just because I mentioned what I was told before and if not canceling the order, that’s not me being rude but them the managers name starts with a c then I called to ask for manager’s name to write a review and she kept denying as she kept falsely accusing me and saying she is under age and if I try to see her name on her name tag she would call the cops on me, 1 an under age person should not be a manager if they can’t give their name for a review 2. People should not be falsely accused as I was for information that was given to them before hand, how can a company run with a manager that is this way , very disappointing and...

Went through the drive thru, I was asked to wait at the order sign then, I was ignored for 15 minutes before I decided to roll around to the window and order there. Then was asked to pull up to the front and said it would be “a few minutes” it has now been almost 30 of me sitting after ordering. I still haven’t gotten my order. I was also charged way more than the combo listed on the board for a sandwich, fries, and drink. It should have only been 15, they charged me 24. Wanted something quick and nice before work, and now I’m probably going to have 10 minutes to eat this food if it ever arrives.

oh boy, this review hurts because the aesthetic and drink portion of the shop were great. the staff could have been friendlier but they were as nice as they had to be. we loved how cute it was inside and were so excited to have our drinks! we got them with the brown sugar boba and i think something was seriously wrong with it. we’ve grow up on boba and this was like nothing we’ve ever tried. the “boba” weren’t uniformly shaped like anything and they had the texture that i can only describe as cartilage. they were absolutely awful. aside from the texture, they didn’t taste like anything. we were so disappointed especially with all of the raving reviews. aside from that i did enjoy their metal reusable boba straws! i would definitely stay away from the brown sugar boba...
