If I could give them a zero, I would. We don't live close so we go out of our way to go here. The last 3 times we've been were horrible. First off, half of their online menu is wrong. It clearly states they have two kinds of green chicken tamales, one hot and one mild, but when you go to order the mild, every time they say we don't have that, we only have hot.
The girl at the window complained and got her manager because she couldn't handle the heat at the drive-thru and was very rude because she doesn't know her menu.
When the manager came to the window, he got us the mild green chicken tamales, and apologized to us for her rudeness.
On another occasion they forgot our order. This last time, which was yesterday, was my last straw with this location. Once again, got told by the rude girl on the mic that they don't have mild green chicken tamales, even though it clearly states they do on their menu. (Sidenote, staff should know the menu.) The menu also states that PLATES come with rice and beans. Well, we didn't get rice or beans with our Flouta Plates. Was told when I went inside that the Flouta PLATE does not come with rice and beans. I gues they pick and choose which plates get the sides, even though we paid plate prices. The rude cashiers response was, oh that particular plate doesn't come with rice and beans. Ok, well, then why do you call it a plate??? A plate is called a plate because it comes with sides. Not just the toppings you put on the floutas. So, we got charged plate prices, but we're given just 3 floutas. When we got home the floutas were empty. They just rolled up tortillas and deep fried them with less than a spoonful of chicken in each one, and two out of six were completely empty. DON'T GET THE FLOUTAS!!! They were trash!
Get rid of your current staff. They are ruining your business at this location! Get people that will take care of your customers and make the food how it should be made like the other...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like the food overall. Breakfast burritos are always a real treat. The last couple months I've been charged a different amount for the exact same order. Awhile back their morning burrito special ($3 with tax) went up in price which is understandable nowadays. What is odd is that one time I was charged $2.99 for the special (as their signage says) and nowadays it's an extra $.89 for meat (as their signage says). That's $3.88 and then tax has to be added (as expected). What I don't understand is one time I am charged $4.00 even and then another time the amount is $4.22. when I ask for a receipt when at $4...the register is "out of paper". When I ask for a receipt when $4.22...it shows $2.99 for the burrito plus .$89 for the meat and $.34 sales tax. This makes me wonder what is going on. On 4/5/2023 I stopped for a burrito (went indoors) and there is a sign posted that says 15% off for school students and staff. I showed my school ID and was charged a total of $4.22. when I looked at the receipt there was no discount applied. The discount should have been $.58 cents and a lower tax amount. When I pointed this out to the person working the counter, she said she would have to charge me full price (over $5) to apply the discount. She says they can't discount a special or the owner loses money. I pointed out that their sign has no exclusions and she says she can't because they will lose money. I left along with my response that losing customers is what is going to cost the owner to lose money. I've been a pretty regular customer since they opened the location in Northglenn. I don't feel like I'll...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give them a ZERO, I would. I was tired after working a 12 hour shift as a nurse. I sat in their turtle paced drive-thru to get a burrito for dinner. I drove home which is pretty far from this location, to find out they put very hot chili in my burrito when I asked for mild. I called and the lady who identified herself as the manager said they would replace it. She took my phone number down and said to give my number when I came back. Well, today, I drove out of my way to come back for my replacement burrito and the 3 rude clerks in the restaurant said they didn't have any record of it, no name, no number, nothing. This one really rude girl kept saying, "I'm sorry," very dismissively. My take on this? I was told a lie by the manager, that she would make a record of this so I could come back for a replacement. I drove a long way to get over here, and then, on top of this, these clerks attitudes humiliated and upset me. Then, one girl asked, " WOULD YOU STILL LIKE TO ORDER SOMETHING??" They don't get it. I won't be back. I've been a good customer and my family, too, ordering lots of their food even tho their prices keep going up and up and up. Their food isn't that good, it's greasy and chinsy for what we used to pay a year ago, now it's practically doubled in price. The burrito I frequently bought used to be $5, and now it's $8. ...
