Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Northport

I haven't been to a Cicis Pizza in 11yrs. I've always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. So we visited this one. Don't get me wrong it's not a bad place to eat.The only problem I had was the young employees flirting , talking, and playing. Also not having enough pizza ready. U have all these people coming in and one person making pizza. He was sooo slow one pizza at a very long pace. I had aged 10 more years lol. Then finally the manager came out got the employees in line to work.They were out Cincinnati rolls.So they Oreo cookie pie.I think my opinion.Nope it was not good.It was kinda burnt..But think it could have been better. If they would take there time. Like they use too.Cook the food with love. I enjoyed the salad bar a lot. They had a lot of games for the kids. This isn't a bad place to eat. The place wasn't dirty. Just make sure you delegate what the workers need and want them to do. Making sure enough people are working and cleaning up . I know u my think im complaining or being boss.. No I'm not.. So after touring The University of Alabama, kids wanted pizza. More specifically, a pizza buffet. Google search showed options as "the Hut" and CiCi's.

I honestly thought the entire chain had gone out of business, but there were two other recent reviews (one saying "great pizza," the other saying, " nasty bathroom." I figured as long as we didn't eat the pizza in the bathroom we would be safe. Besides, CiCi's always had the BEST BBQ pizza Had eaten nothing all day, so I could eat cardboard.

Turns out, perhaps they should have all closed down because cardboard is close to what I got.

Pizza was tasteless. Pasta was tasteless. And the BBQ pizza went from the tasty shredded pork to chunks of meat sparsely placed on crust with a little cheese and a BBQ flavored glaze.

Only saving grace was the cheesecake brownie.

"Beyond Pizza," they claim. Well they should have stopped before going "beyond," and we probably should have just gone to the "Hut".

This rating will be changed when I've spoken to Scott, the DM, or corporate and Heather's attitude and misinformation have been corrected. I presented an email on my phone of a buy one adult buffet, get one child buffet free coupon that plainly and clearly says "present this email to redeem." Heather's attitude was trash and she didn't have a badge on, though she claimed to be the manager. She refused to honor the coupon even after viewing and scrolling on my phone to verify it was an email not a screenshot of one, refused to call her manager, and refused to give me corporate's number. I contacted a different Cici's to verify that all I need to do is present it on my phone, and that is correct. Which I knew that because I've been coming to this Cici's for 25 years. Terrible. Update: I called today looking for Scott and spoke to the GM, Charles. Providing he follows through, the issues will be resolved. Added 3 stars. Email coupons do only have to be shown...
