I have NEVER been done so dirty in my life!! This is the first time I've ever written a review,I feel people should be aware of this man.first he will try to convince you he is helping you all I can say is beware!!not only did I pay him $300 for an iPhone 6 that he said was. New,I also traded in my lightly used iphone5 We put minutes on the (new)iPhone 6 and it worked for an hour or so then said no service we called reset it and it worked again for an hour took it back Sam said oh you need new SIM card so we go get one ,NOT the problem he insists it was!!i took it to be checked at another store and they informed me the mother board is no good:((take it back to Sam he says I messed up the screen!! I tell him no I did not the phone was no good since the day I purchased it! He said I will fix it and sell it and give you the money back after he gets his money for screen replacement!!i mean how much money does he need to rob me of I want my $300 back and my iPhone 5 he. Ow has the iPhone 6 as well so I have lost a large amount of money and he sits waiting for his next victim!! They used inferior parts which caused my phone's screen to become useless. I don't live in the Northport area so when I finally had a chance to go back and asked them to look at it they claimed it was a graphics card issue on the motherboard and that there was nothing they could do. I took it to Tuscaloosa Wireless and they replaced the screen. Now it's as good as new. I understand that mistakes happen, sometimes you get a bad part, but when you point blank lie to me you've lost all credibility. I hope everyone in the area sees this and the other reviews I'll be making and that they go to Tuscaloosa Wireless instead, or really just anyone other...

After a week of no communication and no one would answer the phone. I stopped in to be told I needed to contact another person which was the number I tried. After numerous unanswered calls or texts I asked if they intended to fix my phone and if not let me know so I could go get a refund and take my business elsewhere. Two days later the lady called to tell me I needed to be there in 10 mins if I wanted it fixed (all well we're under a tornado warning). Then went on to tell me there was another fee.
