I had the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever encountered at this place. I ordered a Thai Chicken Salad with a side of sweet potatoes (they were out of corn) and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap with a side of kale salad, all to eat there. After waiting 20 minutes, watching four teenagers standing around looking confused, I decided to check on my order. Instead of focusing on customers, they were discussing who would be closing, and one of them even mentioned, “three of us are leaving in 30 minutes.” Frustrated, I said, “I hope yall don’t leave before I get my salad.”
Then it got worse. One of the girls informed me that they were out of romaine lettuce and only had spinach. I agreed to the substitution, but then a boy came around the counter, laughing, and told me they didn’t have any kale salad either, asking me what chips I wanted instead. The incompetence continued: they handed me the WRONG salad and, unbelievably, gave me a SPOON to eat it with.
When I pointed out the mistake, they remade the salad but then informed me that they were also out of sweet potatoes and had no forks either. To top it off, they claimed the dressing was Thai, but it was clearly Caesar. The only apology I received was, “Sorry, our manager didn’t order anything for us.”
This place has no concept of customer service. It’s unacceptable that the staff is so poorly trained and the restaurant is so inadequately stocked. The value here is non-existent; you’re better off spending your money somewhere that cares about its customers. I won’t be...
