This restaurant has not been opened for very long. When we (our office staff) heard it has opened, we were excited and decided to visit and try their menu. The food was good, the service was good. We've visited a number of times and have enjoyed, however the last couple of time, unfortunately like so many other restaurant, you do not receive the curious service, the food quality goes down and the overall experience is not what is expected. It really is unfortunate. It's too bad that the service, food presentation, flavor and enjoyment of the entire experience is not a positive one. We tried it again today and this will be our last attempt. The food did not taste right. Always not a good sign. They brought us the same dish and it was not good either. We then got a visit from someone from the office staff or waitress staff, not sure. She was not very friendly or very helpful. After our short conversation with her, she made you feel like it was our fault (we didn't add enough soy-sauce? We explained we had eaten there numerous times and this food's quality was not what we had gotten there previously. Our "Fried Rice" was steamed with a few carrots and veggies. The taste was not good, the consistency was "steamed rice - not fried". It had no flavor. One of my co-workers just gets chicken fried rice every visit, so she knows her fried rice - this was not fried rice. Again, not a...
Read moreI personally didn’t love this place. Would give no stars if Google would allow it! As an avid Chinese food lover, I expected the food to be way better! When I first got there, I thought the staff was friendly enough, but soon realized I was very wrong. My waitress rushed me, she took forever to bring my check and take my payment though. She was very rude and did not want to give me any of her time. She was much kinder to the other guests. I will not stand for this behavior! I asked her to have them add a little spice to my chicken and broccoli, not drench it completely in hot sauce! Not once did the waitress slow down and ask me how I was doing. I asked her for to go containers she didn’t bring the correct ones and I had to make do. I also had to ask for a bag! I don’t know how she thought I was going to carry all that out without one! I called and asked to speak with the manager, and they told me she wasn’t available and would call me back. I still have yet to hear from her! Needless to say, I will not be...
Read moreYou know, I used to really liked this place, but I’ll NEVER eat here again.
My nana, who’s the sweetest person I know, is hearing impaired and always does her best to communicate with everyone, even those who struggle to understand her. She can read lips very well and speaks very impressively. She sets an example of how to treat other’s with respect and compassion. Yet, it seems that not everyone will reciprocate this.
You see, we sometimes send her up there to pick up our lunch whenever we’re busy and this has never been a problem before, but a very disrespectful lady from here called my mom today and told her that we need to stop sending our nana up there because of she “couldn’t communicate well enough.”
This is very disheartening and I almost want to cry knowing that no matter how hard the deaf community tries to make adjustments in order to communicate to the hearing, that there’s some jerks out there that are too lazy to write a simple damn note on a piece of paper if it’s really...
